Family Friendly 2nd floor studio/condo sleeps up to 5 (max number allowed) - queen bed with additional daybed/trundle, brand new a/c with heater, 2 patios for viewing sunrise on the gulf and sunset on the bay, a large patio WITH BBQ GRILL FOR YOUR USE, GRILL, wood table and benches, Smart tv with cable, wireless internet access, gated property with secure access, 17 docks for use,Fish Cleaning Station located at the entrance of the Fishing Dock. Would stay here again
It’s the perfect little place, the only problem we ran into was we brought our boat and so the boat is not allowed behind the gate of the condos. It has a separate lot across the street which is also gated but does not have a power source to plug your boat in. The house was great! Had everything we needed!

Great Location
The location was great, close to all shops and restaurants. We loved the fishing piers, caught lots of different fish including a stingray! The view from the front porch is a brick wall, so the view was not great and there was a lot of construction going on. The grill outside is a small camping grill that was dirty and no propane to use, we had to buy our own if we used the grill. And lastly, the stove and oven is very small. It was not easy to cook meals on, but, we made it work. The gate code didn't work so we had to call to get a new code to get into the main gate, no biggie but it was inconvenient.

Great for kids!
I thought I place was very clean and great location. The bbq grill needs an upgrade. Unfortunately we were listening to hammering and construction from the new building 100 feet away. No sleeping in lol but overall I was pleased with my stay.
