Sapphire Penthouse 3002 has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This breathtaking condominium soars above the beach, and has an unbelievable view of South Padre Island from the extra large beach and bay balconies.

This unit is professionally decorated throughout, and is the perfect place to relax and capture that special moment. The master bedroom of this penthouse features a king sized bed with a very spacious master bath and a large walk-in closet. In the second bedroom, there are two full sized beds and double bunks are in the third bedroom. There is Netflix available in the bedroom featuring the full sized beds, and a Wii console in the bunk room. This penthouse features a state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a large round kitchen table plus 7 bar stools for additional seating. This penthouse is stocked with all of the finest furnishings and extras to make it very special.

The Sapphire Spa features great treatment options and the very friendly staff makes a visit a truly relaxing experience. Don't forget to check out the gym too!

The great part about this complex are the activities for the kids. A teen room provides great entertainment featuring table games and complimentary pinball machines. A 24 seat home theater is also available for your pleasure. There are nightly movies played at 7pm.

Several Cabanas are available for 1/2 day & full day rental poolside. Cozy loungers circle the pool with high and low spots to wade or swim.

Home Away From Home
Everything from making the reservation until we checked in was great. Once we got into the property it was as if you walked into the comfort of your own home. Just beautiful. The family pictures the decor in every room was super. You felt like you were part of the family. I will definitely stay here again. God bless.

Beautiful Penthouse
What a beautiful property! Out of 31 floors this gem was on the 30th floor. Picture perfect view of the ocean. The home was so cozy, The beds were so comfortable and we felt right at home. We played games and cooked an amazing turkey dinner together and best of all spent quality family time together. I would definitely return and would definitely recommend to friends and family!♡♡

Amazing Views
Most amazing views I’ve ever seen! Loved sitting on the balcony sipping on coffee or drinks with the sound of the ocean. Condo was super clean and beautifully decorated (I especially loved the artwork). We explored the island and the people were so friendly. We found beaches that only our family was on with so many seashells - the kids played all day. If you’re thinking about it, just do it. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Penthouse Ocean and Bay Views
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful penthouse 3002 on South Padre Island. The location was great and offers the opportunity to be able to see any Space X launches if that’s of interest to you. Both the ocean side and bay side views are absolutely stunning, unbeatable in our opinion! The decor and layout of the condo is beautiful, upscale but yet super homey, comfortable and cozy. The aesthetic is totally my jam - livable and more a home versus a highend contemporary hotel look. This is perfect to me as a true beachy feel and look. We loved our time in this condo and its position on a very high floor and also being the far south end of the island that even though we had a few cold windy days that were not great for being outdoors, it didn’t matter because we loved being cozied up inside the condo, snuggled onto the overstuffed furniture reading, playing games or watching TV while still being able to 100% enjoy the fantastic views. I also have to remark on the outstanding elevators, we never had to wait, they were almost always empty and a super fast and smooth ride up and down, making the fact that we were way up on the 30th floor not a problem as far as getting out to the pool or the beach super quick and easy and not a hassle. We had friendly and helpful interactions with the staff. We also enjoyed and recommend using the spa located in the first floor of the resort - we scheduled massages with Jose and Dora and can highly recommend that! We were pleased with the Wi-Fi service, the in-unit washer and dryer, all of the provided kitchen appliances and cooking and eating utensil needs, there was both a Kuerig and a drip coffee maker. We loved the 75 inch smart tv in the living room and were able to log into our own accounts if needed but also were able to use a few other’s accounts that were already logged into. So we had access to YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon and more. We also enjoyed the vast pool area and the beach access was great. All in all, we LOVED staying in 3002 at this complex and would love to return in the future!

Some difficulties
Unable to contact owners to obtain WiFi user id/pwd. The info on the router did not work. Lost all water due to broken main water line for the island. Unable to flush toilets, bath or wash dished. Pretty miserable at that point.

Awesome Property!
You won't be disappointed! Place was fantastic. Views are superb. Everything was perfect with one exception...two drunk idiots decided to run over power line pole on our last day and knocked out the power to the building, so no power or water on our last day. No fault of the landlord but if they chose to refund that day, we wouldn't get mad.

Amazing Condo! Views Spectacular
This condo is so beautiful and so comfortable for a large family. The unit was nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable, the living and dining area were perfect for entertaining a large family. The views were unbelievable. We have stayed in several beach homes in Padre but none compared to this condo. We were grateful we stayed in a condo this year due to the very cold weather as our kids were able to enjoy the game room, the amazing gym which is one of the nicest gyms I have ever seen, and the large hot tub. Unfortunately the theater room was off limits due to the projection not working but our kids enjoyed the rented movies in the room anyway. Even with the poor weather, we had an amazing time in this condo and at the Sapphire. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful!
This condo was truly amazing! There was plenty of space for our family, it was decorated so beautifully, and the views were incredible. The kids and adults in our group really loved it. Easy access to the pools and the beach and the condo staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I would recommend this vacation to anyone!

Beautiful Condo with Breathtaking Views
This penthouse at the top of the Sapphire is undoubtedly the most beautiful in South Padre. The views of the beach and the bay are terrific and the condo is so well furnished with every amenity, we did not want to leave. There were favorites for everyone in the family - sparkling pools, sand castle lessons, a clean beach, convenient fishing and water sports, and amazing sunsets. We look forward to returning for another relaxing experience soon.

Great start to Summer!
This unit was fabulous! The pictures looked amazing and they did not do it justice. These are truly million dollar views! The Sapphire staff was attentive and helpful. The pool and workout facilities were great. This unit is awesome. It is stylishly decorated with top of the line furnishings, but it feels relaxed like the beach should. Our 6 and 3 year old children loved it and called it paradise! We could not agree more. This is truly a great place for a weekend escape to paradise! We will definitely return.

Definitely like it promises...a penthouse paradise!
We had an incredible experience at the Sapphire and specifically in this amazing penthouse. Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated with beautiful, breathtaking views. Everyone was very accomodating and helpful to ensure that we had a pleasant experience. It far exceeded our expectations! Some favorites during our stay...curling up on the lush sectional couch reading a book while enjoying the view; easy, quick access to the beach which was clean and had great waves; lounging by the pool and hot tub which was always clean (can you tell I'm a neat freak?!); convenient water activities such as parasailing and riding the banana boat. You won't want to leave the grounds of the Sapphire or this condo because it has all you need!
