The perfect getaway
We had the best time ever in SPI. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay on SPI.

Great Location!
Property was exactly as listed and everything was in great condition. It's location to beach access is unbeatable for the price point, there is a designated parking spot, all the appliances you could need, plenty of space, and is overall a gem. Our family had a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful condo, close to a beach
Delightful stay at this property!! Great ambiance and everything we needed. Centrally located, we were within walking distance of all shopping, restaurants and most importantly only a few feet from the beach! Owners and property managers were terrific to work with. Definitely recommend this property!

Great Condo
We really like this property. It was spacious and close to the beach. The office was always closed so we never were able to give them the guest form. The pool is great for kids and the condo had a ton of beach supplies and pool toys.

Lovely Condo
The condo was perfect for my family. Everything was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The condo was so convenient to the beach. Half a block away. Thank you for a nice clean place to stay.

The light didn't work in the kitchen nor the lamp in the second bedroom. The closet door was off it's hinges in the second bedroom. None of this detracts from the 5 star rating. Would come again.

We are back next year for sure!
We loved our stay. The host was amazing! Great communication and check in is a breeze. The place is clean and well maintained. It has all you will need for the beach. Great kitchen. The balcony is great for hangout. The pool and hot are warm and wonderful. The condo community is filled with nice people. The staff takes great pride in keeping up the grounds and the common areas.

Family Place
This is a beautifully furnished condo that feels just like it's a home. The kitchen is fully outfitted with pots and pans and everything you'll need for the meals you may make--including staples in the pantry like sugar, salt, pepper. The renters in this building were all either families with children or retirees. It was clean, peaceful, and very family-friendly. We can't wait to come back again.

A lot more than 150 feet to the beach, no lights in the bedroom with twin beds, only 2 of the hot tub jets worked, urine or ? stains on the mattress pad in the master room, you are expected to take the trash down 3 flights of stairs but the trash bags were so thin we had to carry the trash in the trash can, the key to the door was difficult to get in and out, rules to the condo were not being enforced, the washer and dryer are very small. There were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. There were also beach toys available and chairs and an umbrella. The location felt very safe for kids to be at.

We loved how close the property is to the beach and the central location on the island. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. The pool/common are was nice and it was great to have an assigned parking space. Honestly, my only complaint is that the bedding really needs some updates. From the pillow cases to sheets to blanket/comforter none of them were matching as if from a set and could tell they are very old and worn. Throw pillows and decor are very dated. These things are inexpensive to replace/update to give the place a more inviting stay. Otherwise, I’d definitely stay again I’d just bring my own linens.

We had trouble locking the door, the top lock would not work. I called Boris to inform him about the situation, and he imformed me someone would be their the next day, no one ever showed up, and although he said he would replace anything that went missing, we where concerned that anyone could use a credit card and enter tha condo. The showers where a little dirty. Both showers had long hairs on the walls. The table on the patio was filthy, look like chocolate milk or chocolate ice cream. We used the dryer so l checked the lint filter before putting the clothes inside, and it was totally filled with lint, looked like it had not been cleaned out in months. I have pictures of the hair, the table outside on the balcony and the lint from the dryer filter. With so many different people staying in this condo it would behove Boris to check his propery to make sure everything is clean and in working order. The dryer, if not checked, and cleaned out could have caused a fire! If you would like to see the pictures let me know and l will e-mail them to you.

The property is close to all attractions, including a short walk to the beach. The only issue was the key not being in the lock box when we got there. We had to wait about 20 minutes. And the smoke detector in our room had. Slow battery so it beeped the whole gime

Great condo, great price
Condo was nice and affordable. Very short walk to the beach. Close to a few restaurants and gas station. Beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. No real complaints. If I had to nitpick I would say the condo could use more lighting. With that being said, I was very happy to stay there and would stay again.

Great place for the price. Is an older property on the island but very well maintained and absolutely no moldy smell anywhere in the unit (which is nearly impossible to find in SPI).
