ABOUT THE CONDO
The second-floor living room is wrapped with floor-to-ceiling windows, providing plenty of natural light and beautiful views. Kick back on a large sectional sofa (which converts to a bed) in front of the 40” flat screen TV. Mix your favorite drink at the wet bar.
A half bathroom is conveniently located just off the living area.
The spacious kitchen is well equipped to appease any chef, with ample counter space for prepping meals and beach snacks.
The dining area seats six around a large wooden table, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. Relax in the sun on the wraparound balcony and enjoy the sea breezes. An outdoor dining set with seating for four encourages al fresco meals.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser, and a 32” TV. Step through the sliding glass door and take in the gulf views from the private balcony. The master bathroom has a dual vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The second and third bedrooms both have full-size beds and 32” TVs. Both rooms have access to the spacious outdoor patio with panoramic views and lounge seating. The shared bathroom has shower/tub combo.
Amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and one parking space in the outside parking lot.

THE LOCATION
Just a few minutes’ stroll from the beach via the community’s private entrance, your rental places you at the heart of South Padre Island.
You’re just blocks away from the main drag, Padre Boulevard, home to an array restaurants and shops. Feast on BBQ at Smokey Tails or Cajun cuisine at Daddy’s Seafood & Cajun Kitchen, or choose from many other cafes, bar and grills and other options.
For the golfers in the group, South Padre Island Golf Club is just a 20-minute drive. You’ll also find many rental companies within a mile—from bikes to boats to jet skis to golf carts, everything you need for your summer adventure can be found nearby.
This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation. All guests must be 29 or older during March except for families with children.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
