South Padre Island is a timeless island full of fun for everyone where most activities involve nature. It's a place made to create new memories, watch a gorgeous sunrise on the beach, or catch the most breathtaking sunset by the bay. It’s like free therapy. Go for a fun day of fishing (deep-sea fishing, deck fishing), boat rides, surfing, and kite surfing (The ocean is always an adventure!), horseback riding with the fam, bird and sea-turtle watching, water parks, bicycle rides, and so much more.

There are several restaurant options for you to choose from. The food on the island is always fresh and offers a wide variety of choices. The ambiance is also always laid back and fun. Another option is to grill the catch of the day or some burgers on the property’s palapa area. Cross the bridge to Port Isabel where you will find freshly prepared ceviche, crab, oysters, and other fish to take back to your condo to enjoy.

The Neighborhood:
South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!

Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.

Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.

Since we're local, we like to take spontaneous trips to SPI during the year. This listing looked great online! As a family with dogs, it looked perfect. However.. 1) The beds are by far the hardest beds we've ever slept on. They feel like they're made of stone. 2) The condition of this condo is severely lacking. The vanity in the second bathroom is held together with duct tape. The second bedroom has broken blinds (which is not ideal when it's on the first floor and your child is meant to sleep in there). There is an exterior door in the master (that's not photographed). The furniture, walls and floors are worn and not kept. There is an outlet on the patio that looks like it's seen a few fires. The toilet in the master doesn't even flush toilet paper properly. I could go on. 3) This one is the one that really upset us. After 30 minutes arriving for our 3 night 4 day vacation, we communicated with property manager that none of the 3 TVs work. With very thin walls, construction above us and no fans to drown out noise at night.. it was very irritating. On top of that we brought our dogs who would have benefited from the additional noise. The property manager promised maintenance the first day (which never came) and to personally come the following day (which he never came) and we talked to staff at the gate who said maintenance would come (they never did). They get 2 stars because we had a place to stay and the property grounds are nice. Would recommend to spring breakers.
