Breathtaking views of sun, surf and sand! This non-smoking 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo was beautifully renovated in 2019. All modern appliances/features and updated, luxurious furnishings make your stay comfortable and help you feel pampered. Wake to an amazing sunrise over the gulf every morning from your private balcony. The soothing sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep at night and beckon you to the beach during the day. The Tiki Condominium complex has 2 large pools that are heated during the winter and are surrounded by lush landscaping.

Safety to our guests:
*The Tiki Condominium complex has outdoor camera's throughout the complex to insure our registered guests, with rental agreements, are safe and secure.
*Each of our condos have exterior camera's actively recording the entry and exit doors, which record video and audio, for your safety. If you have any questions, please contact the owner.

The owners also have three other condos at the Tiki condominium complex that have surf and beach views, unit 130 (listing # 4085924); unit 220 (listing # 4436961); unit 226 (listing # 3938030). This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island STR Permit # 2023-0776.
