LIVING AREA
After a day at the beach, unwind in the living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa and love seat. Watch a new movie on the 40” cable TV with Roku.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in your group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances.
Sip morning coffee at the four-person kitchen bar. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six.
BED & BATH
This two-story duplex townhome sleeps up to six guests between the three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Rest easy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 42” cable smart TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
The second and third bedrooms are each appointed with two twin beds. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
A half bath provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA
Take in the coastal air on the master balcony, outfitted with seating for two.
Spend sun-soaked days by the unheated pool (6’ deep). Cookout on the charcoal grill, then dine alfresco at the table set for four in the backyard.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two compact cars (or one large vehicle) in the driveway, and one car in the garage are provided.
Exterior cameras are located in the backyard. As a guest, you are welcome to unplug the cameras during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
