"Stopper in tub was unattached, but otherwise worked fine. Desk clerk (Karina or Carina)who was working at check-in on Friday, 12/6, was awesome. Charge card machine was down, but we had reserved on Expedia, to pay at hotel. I had planned to use a different charge card to pay than the one I had saved on my Expedia account. She walked me through how to delete the old card and save the new card that I wanted to use with total ease. Very friendly, with a good sense of humor and great people skills. I highly recommend her for a promotion, bonus, pay raise in the near future or, at the least, recognition for promoting Best Western as a top customer service experience when staying at this hotel! ,,"

"The hotel was great and the hotel staff were really customer focused. The breakfast at the restaurant was bad, they need to step it up to match the hotel quality. "

"Wasn't checked in to our hotel room until 2hrs after check in time. Which would have been tolerable if front office staff and manager were friendly and accommodating - which they were neither. A suggestion would have been a free appetizer while we wait, offer a late check out, a free beverage, a small discount on room service. ANYTHING! They offered nothing until I requested a late check out and they only allowed an extra hr. Front desk may use some training in customer service. "
