Beachfront Studio- panoramic beach to bay views!

The perfect beach retreat with great views from beach all the way to the bay. Recently updated 7th floor studio condo with new cabinets and granite counter tops, and appliances.
The cozy kitchen has all the tools you need to prepare and serve meals. Queen adjustable bed raises head and feet. A 50" TV & Blue-ray with cable, Showtime and high speed WiFi are great entertainment for your down time. The beach is just a short walk through the gated pool & hot tub area.
To enhance your beach vacation we supply beach necessities for our guests to use. An Umbrella, 4 chairs, 2 boogie boards, and a small cooler are in the closet for you. Beach towels and plenty of soft bath towels are in the bathroom cabinets.
Self check in is easy with your personal code and keyless entry. Keeping track of keys will not be something for you to worry about this trip.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.

Easter getaway
Everything was wonderful and as described only one confusing incident when the fire alarms went off and everyone evacuated. Thankfully it was a false alarm but a lot of the people were saying it happens frequently not sure if that’s true but in all we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was within walking distance. The beach is right out the back exit. The pool was great. We needed a break from the sun and the pool was nice and shaded.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit, the unit was clean and fully stocked and in an excellent location. the beach access was wonderful, walking distance to food/grocery, and pet friendly. Anytime we needed anything from Laura she quickly responded. I would highly recommend staying with Laura!

Low Cost for a Great Location
The perfect place for a single. The view from balcony was great. TV Didn't work, issue resolved. But who needs Tv when you can sit on the balcony and chill. Access to beach great and restaurants also. The only minus was parking.

The room was very comfortable including the bed. The view from the balcony was perfect- the beach to your left and the rest of the island and Queen Isabella Bridge to your right. Everything you needed for the beach was included- beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels... This we appreciated A LOT! Thanks for a great stay. Will definitely do it again.

Pros: Great views from balcony. Short walk to beach. Non-crowded beach. Well stocked with towels, kitchenette stuff. Cons: Older building in need of repairs. The room smelled bad. Slow, hot elevator. Property info says there's a Smart TV but there's not, so we didn't get to watch our Netflix shows. They also say they provide umbrella and chairs but when we called about the broken umbrella, we never got a return call, so we paid $20/day to rent one. The smart TV and umbrella were two of the reasons we booked this unit.

Condo allowed our big dog. Ms Breedlove responded quickly when internet quit working. Balcony allows view of both gulf and bay. Had beach chairs for guest to use. If your needs will allow for a studio configuration, would recommend

The condo was cute. Everything was clean. Very simple decor. Nice view from the balcony of the ocean. Very close to everything, but it IS a small island! Only had one issue, it rained one day while we were there and the roof leaked. We were on the top story. I did contact management and let them know. But luckily when the rain stopped, the leaking stopped and it was our last night there anyway, so hopefully after we left, they were able to get it fixed. What I really thought was awesome was that they provide beach towels, a huge umbrella and chairs for the the beach. Although we didn’t get a chance to actually go out and just sit on the beach. We had other activities we were doing. But trust me, next time there will be a day spent just chilling on the beach.
