Beachfront PARADISE at it's BEST!!!

A treasure located right on the beach, this beautiful 5th floor condo will be your favorite vacation place. Relax in the the chairs on the ocean front balcony. It feels like you're on the beach without getting your feet sandy. The living area features a bistro dining set, comfy sofa and recliner, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, Spectrum cable with Showtime and DVD. High speed WIFI.
A fully equipped kitchen allows you the convenience of dining in when you choose. Just bring your own food and beverages. Or use curbside from one of the many restaurants. We have a blender, coffee pot, toaster, dishes and pretty much everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You will sleep like a baby on the king bed with comfy cotton sheets. The bedroom has a large wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD and a ceiling fan. Kids will enjoy the bunk bed alcove. There is a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam topper so it's comfortable. Spacious bathroom has plenty of nice towels, beach towels and a hair dryer.
Easy self-check in using your own personal entry code starts your beach vacay at the instant you arrive. This condo is right on the beach just a few steps to the water.
Beach supplies, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards & cooler for guests to use are in the closet. If you like to hang out by the pool there are loungers for you to enjoy before or after you take a dip.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
Rental Agreement required. All guests must adhere to the rules of the building. Please be considerate of others in the building.

Beautiful Ocean View
Perfect location...easy to get in and out of. The garage does not have many spaces, but I didn't have any issues parking in front of the building. We got there on the tail end of Hurricane Francine and the waves were awesome. There was tar on the beach but plenty of cleaning supplies. The best thing is to wear old shoes on the beach and leave them outside the condo. The wife and I had a great time.

Just as good as last year!
This is our second time at this property and it did not disappoint! The beach front location cannot be beat. The patio five stories up all but eliminated any distracting noise, except the waves! We are looking forward to booking next year. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.

Beachside Oasis
Great location and beachside acess. We were so happy to be able to have our dogs come. Parking was ample and easy! There was more than enough towels for us. We really enjoyed the stay!

Steps away from the beach
This was ideal for my family. We wanted to be away from as much of the noise in traffic on the southern part of the island, and this location was ideal. A great getaway!

Cute place with an amazing view of the ocean. Really enjoyed the balcony and the closeness to the beach. It was nice to wake up and watch the sunrise each morning. The place was clean and manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in and check out were both easy and hassle free. Would stay here again.

Nice getaway
We enjoyed our stay. Best part was the patio facing the Gulf. Patio is small but that's ok. Wish there was room for more chairs at the table and on the patio, but we still enjoyed it. My youngest slept on the pull out couch and said it wasn't comfortable, but the rest of the beds were comfy. The place was clean. The neighborhood felt safe. I appreciated the boogie boards and beach chairs, which was why I booked this place. Easy walk down the beach to get drinks. Thankful for the hoses coming in off the beach.

Vacation to Remember
My wife and I had the opportunity to stay 7 nights at this beautiful vacation condo! The ladies have done a wonderful job of making this place so comfortable. Everything you need is at your fingertips! The location is the best on the island. You can’t get closer to the beach! A first class operation from check in to departure! We will definitely return!

Will come again better prepared
It was great we had a wonderful time and it was nice they furnished an umbrella and chairs to go to the beach. I will rent again but be better prepared. But my biggest problems was the rules for the towels I felt like I really couldn’t use them for fear of messing them up and getting charged for them . (FYI cleaning tip when you wash the towels with bleach and some dawn liquid dish soap it will take out any stain . )
