Beach House Oasis with Private Heated Pool & NEW Cascading Hot Tub

Our custom-designed, two-story home has four bedrooms, three baths, two kitchens and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

The primary suite upstairs has a king-size bed, a daybed and a private bath. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full-size bed.

The fully-equipped poolside apartment suite downstairs has a queen-sized bed, a built-in daybed, and a kitchen perfect for preparing snacks and meals as the family gathers around the pool and has direct access to the backyard.

The new, custom-designed bunk bed room is also on the lower level, connected by a hallway and sleeps four guests.

The home has quality furnishings and amenities. The upstairs kitchen is spacious and complete with state- of-the-art stainless steel appliances, equipment, and cooking amenities/utensils needed to prepare that special island meal. A well-appointed family room provides a relaxing and open environment easily accessible from the second-floor bedrooms.

We provide quality bed linens, comforters, quilts, and blankets for all beds. The washer and dryer units are available in the upstairs hallway. Bath and beach towels are provided. The driveways can accommodate four vehicles.

This house/location worked out well for our group of 7 adults. We all had room to spread out and the house was nicely equipped for cooking large meals. Would definitely recommend this spot to potential beach seekers!

This house is amazing! Short walk to beach. My family absolutely enjoyed every minute. Pool area was amazing as well, my 4 year old granddaughter did not want to leave. Host was very responsive and helpful. We definitely want to go back. Everything you need is already at the house.

Loved our place! It had everything we needed and more! They don’t tell you, in the listing, how much beach gear is available. The wagon, chairs, umbrellas, etc were so handy. I wish I could give it 10 stars. We had a wonderful experience!

Girls 40 Trip!
Eight women spend 4 nights here and it was a wonderful location! Close to beach, entertainment, and food options. We spent MANY hour just chillin’ poolside and enjoying the wonderful foliage of the backyard. The beds were comfy and the house was clean.

Perfect summer beach house
My friends and their children and a wonderful stay at this cute beach house. It’s very clean and the decor gives off the beach vibes. The pool area was beautiful and very shaded which is perfect for keeping children out of the sun. It’s rare to find shaded pools and this was a huge selling point for us! Loved out stay!

Enjoyed family vacation at SPI
Home was nice and lots of pool and beach accessories. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub was a plus. In the far back area where the construction had been needs to be cleaned up, maybe a concrete area to sunbath as a lot of the area around the pool is shaded by the beautiful tropical landscape. Some water damage noted at bottom of basement stairs that could be fixed. Suggestions for items to be stocked in home with a large family staying would be more dishwasher pods only 6 were available for a weeks stay, laundry pods 6 available, and not a stock of toilet paper available, we went a purchased these items as we ran out. Location is wonderful and easy communication with owners and rental management.

We had a wonderful trip and stay at Fire Henrys 111. The house, backyard, and pool are just gorgeous. Ignacio and Ernest are amazing host , they even made us cookies! We highly recommend the the house and hosts, by far the best place we've stayed on the island.

Perfect Location
My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks end of January and beginning of February. This house is in a great location in the middle of the island. Brought our bikes, so we used the bike/walking trail a lot. The beach is a 5 minute walk and a few restaurants within walking distance too. House is completely stocked with dishes and cookware. Pool area is wonderful because there is little or no wind by it. The property manager, Chris, took care of any of our needs immediately and Jason and Amanda were great to work with when booking this property. I would recommend this property if you are looking to rent in South Padre.

House had lots of nice amenities, beds for up to 14, bathrooms are a little small but clean. House is well stocked with dishes, keurig coffee makers (upstairs and down) and a mini kitchen downstairs for easy access to the pool and patio. Pool area is beautiful with lots of tropical plants for privacy and enjoyment. Golf cart is convenient for trips to the store or beach.

Best family vacation home ever!!
This home had absolutely everything we could have wanted for our stay. We love to cook and there were plenty of pots, pans and dishes. The beds were all so comfortable, we slept like babies. Plenty of towels (bath and beach), beach chairs and toys, and even cribs and high chair for our little ones. The backyard is truly an island paradise. We will be back for sure!

Property was lush and green. Backyard is beautiful. Enough sitting room for 5 adults and 3 kids to all hang out together in the living room and enjoy meals at the table together. Very comfy family home. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The home is in need of a little TLC but otherwise good.

Paradise on SPI
This property is absolutely magical, great for families. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, and pool was an oasis beautifully landscaped and well maintained with surprises throughout the garden. And you could not ask for more considerate and thoughtful owners, Ernest and Ignacio thought of every detail from ample linens to beach towels and supplies. Would definitely rent again without hesitation!
