Step into serenity with our newly renovated beachfront condo, a slice of paradise nestled on the sun-kissed shores of South Padre Island. The Beach House Condo has undergone a complete transformation, boasting professional decor that echoes the coastal beauty that surrounds it.

From the moment you walk in, the expansive blues of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you, offering a picturesque backdrop to your stay. The living space, designed with an open concept, invites you to unwind while gazing at the ocean panorama, or step out onto the oversized private balcony to immerse yourself in the rhythmic whispers of the waves.

Slumber to the sights of the sea in the master suite, complete with a king-size bed, private bath, and ocean vistas. Our cozy guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed and a 40" smart TV, while the second guest room is a playful retreat with two bunk beds, a 40" smart TV, and easy access to a full guest bath. For your viewing pleasure, a 55" TV graces both the living area and the master bedroom.

Fully equipped with modern comforts, our condo features an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary internet, Spectrum Cable TV, and access to shared amenities, including a hot tub, elevator, gated parking, and two refreshing pools.

Designed with families in mind, our beach home is a delightful escape for all ages. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. During Spring Break/Semana Santa, we observe a strict 'families only' policy. For your peace of mind, we suggest considering trip cancellation insurance.

We provide a "welcome package" to get you started which consists of a couple of rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels for the kitchen, liquid hand soap at all the sinks, liquid dish soap, and a couple of trash can liners in each can.

Terrific Condo!
My family and I absolutely loved the condo. It was very comfortable and well appointed. Really appreciated the three updated bathrooms, all with nicely tiled shower stalls. The views were amazing from the large back porch. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great place
When we rent a place for a vacation we look for the comforts of home and this place delivered. Very thoughtful of the owners to provide chairs & towels for the beach. Very nice place.

We saw this property online when we were here for our annual trip and decided to go ahead and rent it for this year. Walked in and saw how up to date it was with furnishings and appliances. Everything looked new down to the utensils in the kitchen. We had a great stay. We went ahead and booked it for next year!

Sibling Reunion at South Padre
Ample room for 6 adults. Kitchen had great variety of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and serving plates. We love to cook and large dining table. We walked the beach each morning and evening - Gorgeous Water at the beach and from the deck!! No downside to this beautiful condo. We all agreed, same place next year.

I had an amazing time at this property with my husband, 2 elementary age kids, and my parents. It was the perfect setting for a multigenerational vacation. The condo was clean, spacious, and so welcoming. We loved the 2 pools, hot tub, and beach access. It was in a great location with grocery store and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Fabulous Condo on the beach
We had such a great vacation right on the beach! The condo is updated, nice furnishings, and comfy beds! It is fully stocked for family needs! The beach wagon and extra chairs were perfect! Sandy and Bonnie were the two sweet ladies we communicated with during our stay! They are kind and very helpful! We will be back again!

Excellent location. The condo is beautifully decorated. Sherry has thought of everything you need as a guest...beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, sand toys for the kids. She has pack n plays available. Hair dryers under the bathroom sinks. Made vacationing even easier especially when guests are arriving by flying as we did. Close to restuarants & gravity park.! We loved our stay here!!

WHAT A PERFECT PLACE TO VRBO IN SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, TX. THE LOCATION WAS SPOT ON, THE CONDO WAS SPOTLESS AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. THE VIEW WAS PERFECT. During our stay here, we had a great time, the condo was clean, bright and had a great view of both the beach, and the pool/amenities. The management staff was polite and friendly, answering any questions we had, and making sure we had a great time. The condo itself, was well stocked with everything we could have needed, including linens, dishes and entertainment. The internet was easy to connect to and plenty fast. Overall our stay was perfect, the location was ideal for getting out to the beach and back to the place with minimal walking and good facilities to wash off coming back in.

Condo is amazing and perfect location
The condo is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures! Plenty of room for our family of 7. Very short walk to the beach (less than 5 min) with private access. It was extremely clean. Loved the wagon, chairs, boogie board, and kid toys provided (and beach towels). You do need to bring soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent, but everything else is provided! Awesome working kitchen (we are 90% of our meals in the condo). Fans available in the closets. We will def be back! Highly highly recommend!

Best condo on the island!
This condo is indeed where heaven meets the Gulf of Mexico. It's spacious, perfectly appointed, beautiful, clean, and supremely comfortable. We always visit SPI for over a week, which can feel like a long time in some rentals. However, this gorgeous condo has every amenity of home. The owners have thought of everything! It's marvelously stocked with nice appliances, kitchenware, linens, bedding, and beach necessities. We weren't ready to leave. It's in the perfect location, boasts million-dollar views and the owners were just delightful to work with. We will return for another slice of heaven on the Gulf very soon!

Winter stay
The view is stunning! This property is perfect! We spent 2 months (January and February) in this unit. Check in was easy. It was very clean and everything in working order upon arrival! The furniture is comfortable. The layout is perfect to allow guests their privacy and their own bathrooms! The balcony is spacious with comfortable chairs! Location on the island allows you to walk to many restaurants and activities on the island. Beach access is steps away and well maintained. We had an issue with the tv which I called about at 12:30 on a Friday afternoon. We had a new tv installed before 4 pm that day! That is excellent service! Wonderful people to work with! If we get back to South Padre, we will rent this unit again!

Winter texan for 2 months
I had friends and family coming thru my 8 weeks of staying here. Everyone said it was very comfortable inside and enjoyed the view, walking the beach , eating at various places, taking in the different music venues, doing several tours, golf and pickleball. The one thing lacking was the hot tub. Either it wasn't working or when it did, it was only luke warm and the pool furniture wasn't comfortable . Needs replacing. It would be nice too if one pool was heated but I realize that was expected.

Very nice property but some annoying details for me
Heads up on a few minor things: A few weeks before my stay the owners asked for a lot more paperwork about property care that had to be copied, signed and sent back along with a copy of my driver license. The day before arriving there was another set of rules about being charged if there was any sand left on the beach equipment. It all seemed a bit over the top, compared to other properties I’ve stayed at through VRBO.I felt this all should have been completed at the time of booking. Also, there was no laundry soap, shampoo, or extra paper products provided, which is different from other VRBO’s I’ve stayed at. The condo was clean and nice but the extra rules and regulations were a bit much. It kind of took away from the enjoyment of the place.

Exceeded our expectations!
I originally chose this listing because of the size, the pictures of the inside, the fact that we've stayed in another unit in the building and the owners were the contact people instead of a management company. Pictures can be deceiving but not in this case. The condo was even more lovely than the pictures and the size was amazing. You could tell the owners use the unit themselves because everything it it, from the dishes to the towels and sheets, were high quality. I didn't see a dehumidifier in the unit but we never had the "damp" feel that you sometimes get in a unit on the beach. I had to call the management company one time during our stay and Amber was amazing. She got right on the problem, got it taken care of quickly and stayed in contact with me the entire time to make sure everything was taken care of. We've stayed at many different units on SPI over the years but this is the one we'd go back to in a heartbeat! If I could give it more than 5 starts I would.

Great place, with some glitches.
The Good: The interior of the unit was immaculate and perfectly decorated, just like the pictures. The balcony is an excellent place to hang out. You'd be hard pressed to find a better stretch of beach on the island - not too crowded even on a weekend. We appreciated the stockpile of beach gear. The beds were all quite comfy. The Not-so-Good: Upon arrival we learned that the pool was closed for maintenance, meaning that our lovely beach view featured a big empty concrete bowl surrounded by caution tape. This situation had clearly been going on for some time, so I think that they should've been more up front about this in the listing. There is a 2nd pool on the other side of the building. The washing machine quit working towards the end of our stay. We notified the host and so hopfully it has been repaired by now. We couldn't get the living room TV to work most of the time. Seemed to be a software issue withthe TV itself, and not the cable box. Overall this is a great place for a family, and I would definitely stay here again if the aforementioned problems were resolved.

A perfect week at the beach
Though the complex is showing its age a bit and the entrance gate to the property was broken throughout our stay, the grounds and pools are well maintained, and the beach is just a short stroll through the dunes. The condo itself was terrific. We were planning on having other family members join us, so we had a lot more space than we probably needed, but we came to appreciate the spaciousness. There aren't many 1600 square foot condos right on the beach in South Padre, and it would be ideal for a larger group or family. We particularly liked the enormous, deep balcony which allowed us to sit outside in the sun or shade throughout most of the day. The interior of the condo is nicely updated. There are tons of comfortable seating in the living room, a large dining table and seats for everybody at the kitchen bar/counter. The primary bedroom is spacious and has an enormous walk-in closet and a sink and vanity in the bedroom and bath, which is nice when two people are getting ready at the same time. The one minor drawback I will mention is that the water pressure is less than ideal in both showers. The perfect mid-island location, including the proximity to the always reliable Cafe on the Beach, the lovely views, the updated amenities and the spaciousness of this unit make it a winner. We would definitely rent it again.
