BEAUTIFUL CONDO - AMAZING BEACH VIEW FROM PRIVATE BALCONY

2 bedroom,1 bath, located on the beach in the heart of South Padre.

BE COMFORTABLE | Our two bedrooms are furnished with brand new queen size beds with memory foam mattresses and antibacterial luxury white sheets. Each room has a built in USB port on each lamp and a fun clock/alarm clock. If you prefer to sleep-in, just draw the drapes before bedtime. Open the sliding glass doors in the master and let the soothing sound of the surf and the scent of fresh salt air lull you to sleep.

The kitchen offers a fun play in color with a new vintage turquoise fridge, new stainless steel stove/oven and range hood. Start your day with a cup of fresh brewed coffee on your private balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico.

SWIM, SUN AND PLAY | Just outside the back of our building is the newly remodeled and year-round pool and spa. South Padre Island (SPI) boasts some of the cleanest beaches in the state of Texas and to get on the beach you only need to walk through the gate, it’s that close.

EAT POOLSIDE | There are three BBQ /picnic areas right next to the pool, spa, and beach. ** During the winter, the pool's temperature is around 72 degrees while the hot tub is 102 degrees.

STAY SAFE | The Aquarius is a gated building, staffed with a friendly and professional management team who are available to you 24/7. The building offers free parking, a laundry room, a small fitness room and separate women’s and men’s sauna rooms.

GET OUT AND ABOUT | Conveniently located in the heart of SPI you’ll be a short walking distance to shopping, entertainment and great bay-side restaurants. There is no lack of things to do on the Island and in nearby areas for both adults and children. Activities include but are not limited to: golf, parasailing, jet ski rental, water-park, go carts, dolphin watch, bird watching, sea turtle exhibit, maritime museum and a lighthouse to mention just a few.

No wristband fee in effect although, there is a replacement fee for lost wristbands.

Adorable getaway spot!
Our little family of 4 stayed in this beautiful condo for a weekend getaway and we were not disappointed! The check in process was incredibly easy due to the clear communication from the host beforehand. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The view from the balcony was one of my favorite parts because it was so peaceful and beautiful. The only downside was it did get hot when the sun was blazing in the windows but that is nothing the host can control so we were very happy overall! We hope to use the condo again for our next visit

First time on padre island, very nice place for family vacation. The property is on 8th floor, facing the ocean, my daughter didn’t want to get up for sunrise but she could just open her curtain lying on bed to watch it 😊 Location is very convenient to walk to anywhere, the owner is very nice replying to my message almost immediately!

This was definitely the best decision for our family vacation with two teenage daughter's that only wanted the beach and sun for their summer getaway! Not only did they get that but also parasailing and snorkeling and plenty of night life and great places to eat! And this VRBO was awesome! Very clean, amazing view and really a home away from home for our week long escape from life!!! Highly recommend this rental...smooth checkin/checkout... everything was as listed! I really do wanna go back!!!

The wrap around view priceless. The neighbors were very friendly, beach access was very close. Pool was wonderful, landscaping tip top. I had wished washer/dryer was in unit but there was public access downstairs and only cost 2.25 load. We would return.

This property ended up being the perfect location for us. It had a great view of the gulf, easy access to the beach and pool, ample, secure parking and was quiet. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with the essentials and there were lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Communication with and responses from the hosts was top notch!

The Great Escape
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything we needed was there. The bedding was fantastic, especially for those who prefer a firm yet comfortable bed. The communication with the host was flawless. The check-in/check-out process was simple. The location is walking distance to the beach, shops and several restaurants. My son and I stayed here the week of Christmas. Coming from a cold weather state, this condo was perfect. The view is absolutely breathtaking! I strongly recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise! I would come back to this condo again as it's safe and quiet.
