"Customer service was amazing, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The island is amazing. The prices for food are a little pricey but it is a resort. Book excursions early some fill up fast. I stayed in the water villa, absolutely beautiful, breathtaking views. I recommend the photoshoot as well, photos came out really nice. "

"The Hard Rock Hotel is great. Clean, with natural beauty, and cheerful staff. The only hiccup is when we got there, late in the day, the dining options seemed to be limited, and the hotel app, was kinda clunky, with restaurant bookings. I was frustrated. We had not eaten since before noon and we were not too happy about the general lack of immediate food. Every restaurant seemed to require reservations, and the app was, as I said, clunky. I walked to reception and kindly asked if we could order...

"The property was beautiful overall. There was some remodeling at the nearest restaurant that required me to do a bit of walking from my resort area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a special way of welcoming you back if you were a returning guest. Overall, 9/10. "
