Liked the room. Good wifi. Good breakfast. Restrooms on ground floor out of order for most of our stay and the option was to use the bathrooms at the Thistle hotel 3 minutes away (or go up to room). Necessary to navigate steps to on way to elevator. We arrived early in the morning and they had a hard time figuring out what rooms had been cleaned; we finally were able to get into our room mid/late afternoon.

This is a special place to stay. The staff are welcoming, friendly and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Location is great, easy to get transport around London.
Rooms were luxury, some lovely complimentary touches. Restaurant and cocktail bar were excellent. Lovely views from the rooftop bar.
