If you are looking to spend a day out adventuring, travel to the nearby mountains for an exhilarating hike, jog down to the lake’s edge and jump right in, or spend a day zipping down the snowy slopes, and then return to the backyard hot tub to soothe your muscles and soak in the stunning meadow and mountain views. The front yard and backyard are fully fenced, which is ideal for the family dog.

Make use of the gas fireplace and relax in front of the HDTV with cable and DVD players. Conk out in one of the two downstairs bedrooms both with queen beds. Send the kids upstairs to enjoy their own bonus room with TV. The bedroom with 4 twin beds is ideal for a sleepover. The master suite hosts a queen bed, HDTV, full private bathroom with walk-in shower, and incredible views.

If cooking is your forte, enjoy the kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics. Or step outside and BBQ up a delicious meal on back deck. Serve your family at the dining table with seats for 8 and views of the meadow.

Great for kids!
The fenced front and back yards created a safe area for my grandkids to play, all the while being surrounded by nature. Clean cozy house equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful week. Very quiet are with no traffic.

Beautiful home
The house was beautiful, with breath taking views from the living room and upstairs bedroom. Very comfortable home, the hot tub was great, and the kitchen well-stocked. It felt like we were out in the woods, but so close to stores and Starbucks! The only down-side were the grumpy and unfriendly next door neighbors. Otherwise, a perfect getaway to the snow.

Our Birthday Trip
The cabin was centrally located in an area that gave us a variety of ideas to do things. We drove up to the Nevada California stateline in Van Sickle Park. We took photos and captured amazing memories. Then we drove about 30 mins through the beautiful scenic roads and saw the fall colors so vividly before we arrived to Emerald Bay Look out point. This is a beautiful place. You must go see. We enjoyed some outdoor drinks at the Hangar afterwards and came back to the cabin for dinner. The cabin contains everything you need for full meals and the fridge is exceptionally huge. We also walked into Heavenly Village from the cabin which is about 3 miles. We loved it. We seen beautiful sites on the way. Shopping was fun. And then we rented the Lime Scooters to get back. This was a fun adventure. The cabin has stunning views from the living room of the sunset. The patio is amazing to sit out and just breath in fresh air or sit still and soak in All the beauty. Thank you for an amazing stay for my birthday trip!

Great dog friendly property with a great location. Spacious living area, & overall super cute place. Management was responsive. Cleaners could have done a more thorough job in certain areas, but overall ok. Only wish the backyard fence was in a little better condition, was broken in several places so dog got out to field. Also, our dog stepped on a fish hook and large piece of thick glass just below deck in small gravel area. Would not have been easily spotted by housecleaners if they didn't walk grass area and a past guest was careless enough to not pick up after themselves; so no fault to property owner. Highly recommend to stay here, we made great memories!

What a great weekend+ away!
We felt really lucky to stay at this house...it was a last minute find on VRBO: the location of the house was great, with beautiful views out the back; everything was in great shape; awesome location with activities, restaurants, and stores all super close by; logistics were super straightforward and communication fantastic. We hope to be back soon!!

Good house in convenient neighborhood
The house was good for our stay. It was comfortable, spacious and had eminities - fully equipped kitchen, hot tub. One thing though, the hot water ran out if all 3 bathrooms were used at the same time. Close to the lake, ski slopes, restaurants and all. Overall had a great experience.

Great stay for a Large party
The property was very well taken care of and clean. The door code and other amenities have us easy access and made it easy to go to and fro for our various activities. The host was helpful and communicative. Would highly recommend this stay for a large family or party in the future it made our stay very enjoyable.

Retreat Overlooking the Meadow
The property was wonderful! Furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking all of our meals. The remotes for the TV was user friendly and we were able to connect to Netflex using our password. Only reason I could not give you 5 stars is because when we got to the property the code you gave us did not work and we had to wait 25 minutes to have someone come to let us in. We had groceries that needed to be refrigerated. He gave us a new password but after a day or two someone came back to the property and changed it back to the original password without notifying us. No one called us to let us know that they were going to change the password again.

Great house with an amazing view.
This was a great house for our party of 10. The kitchen was pretty small but we didn’t do much cooking so it wasn’t a huge issue. The views from the back porch were amazing and the location was great.

Wonderful home and beautiful view
The view from the back of the house of the meadow and the mountains was beautiful. The home itself was very spacious for our group of five adults and the home was well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. The location was a short drive to all the restaurants and activities in South Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed our stay!
