- NOTE: Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary during the winter months. The driveway and road leading up to the property is fairly steep. For the snow season (11/15 - 3/15): Only 2 cars can be parked inside the garage, no driveway parking. AWD SUVs with snow chains are highly recommended. Additional tools and salt are provided inside the garage
- NOTE: This is a 20-year-old cabin in the wilderness and you may encounter bears and other animals. Please dump trash in the bear box and do not leave any food or trash outside
- NOTE: Due to the steepness of the driveway, only SUV/Truck with high ground clearance can get up to the driveway and garage
South Lake Tahoe Restrictions:
- Area rangers strictly enforce all Vacation Rental ordinances (parking, noise violations, camping, etc). If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2,000
- To avoid citations, follow all community rules as outlined in the Welcome Book and observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please note that outdoor hot tub usage is restricted during quiet hours, and will also incur a fine if used between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am
- Please note: you must only park in designated spaces (garage, paved driveway, carport or parking lot). Vehicles are not allowed to park on the street
- Camping on the property is not allowed
