When you open the red door & step into this split-level home, you’ll know you made an excellent choice! The upstairs open concept great room has custom stone details built into the kitchen island & the warm gas fireplace in the living area. You won’t be able to resist sinking into the sectional for a movie on the 60” flat screen.

The kitchen is equipped w/ all of the appliances, utensils, pots & pans you’ll need to cook quality meals at home. The 4-burner gas cooktop built into the island faces the living room--you’ll never have to choose between cooking & socializing. The dining table is steps away near the bay window w/ seating for 8. A glass slider to the balcony is right off the kitchen.

The downstairs bonus family room is an excellent hang out w/ a foosball table, stone-surrounded gas fireplace & glass slider to the hot tub terrace, which overlooks the spacious, fully-fenced, landscaped backyard w/ a hammock & outdoor seating for 4.

When the day is done, unwind in the primary suite’s jetted tub beneath the dual-sided gas fireplace. If a steam shower is more your style, you’ll love the tiled walk-in. End your day curled up in the cozy king bed, watching a movie on the 50” TV or soaking up the peace and quiet of the Sierras as you doze off.

BR 2 downstairs has a comfy queen bed. BR 3 downstairs has 2 twin beds & an adjustable height desk & ergonomic chair for working/learning from home. The downstairs BA has a shower tub/combo.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

Amazing stay
We stayed here for 4 days of relaxing fun. Explored the lake and hikes during the day and lounged in the eve like we thought we were at home. Very comfy will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Great family friendly home
This property was exactly as listed. Lots of room for our entire family. Great location for any activities in the South end. We had everything we needed. Could have used a few more box fans, as we had some really warm weather, but ceiling fans helped a lot. We texted the property manager and didn’t hear back…ever. Overall, great place to stay.

Nice place and location
The house was perfect for our family, master on main level, other bedrooms downstairs, deck and patios were great, hot tub was a hit, only drawback was the street noise, so if you can tolerate that, this place is perfect.

We loved our stay!
The home is very cozy!! Beds are comfortable. Cute yard to build a snowman. They even had sleds that we used in the yard. Hot tub works great! The kitchen has everything you would need to make a nice meal. We would definitely return to this great house in Tahoe!

The house was so comfortable, perfect for my family with different ages, there was something for everyone. Being just about 10 minutes from the town we had the opportunity to explore it everyday. The RNR host were amazing and always answered our questions. 10/10 will book with them again!

Wonderful family vacation! Well equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds, great living spaces, nice backyard, and a jacuzzi! One thing that could make a difference is to have the decks cleared of snow and ice. Super hard to get around and enjoy those areas! Other than that, it was great!

Beautiful and relaxing
House was in great shape, well stocked, and clean. Layout is very nice for families with kids. It is split level with master on the main (master has a steam shower!) and two more rooms downstairs perfect for the kids. The downstairs opens up to a nice deck with hot tub which leads down to a nice patio and fenced in backyard. The owners made themselves very available for requests/concerns and were very accommodating. Great place to visit with easy access to all that the Tahoe area has to offer.

Very nice house. A lot of stairs- difficult for adults with knee problems. Beautiful bathroom in master bedroom. Kids enjoyed hot tub. Nice furniture and well supplied kitchen. Nice big striped beach towels were a nice surprise. City was paving Pioneer Trail during our visit. Very very noisy!

A small thing to nit-pick: The ceiling lights didn't work in the drawing room area during our stay. So, the only place to read a book was sitting very close to a window. It was kind of cold to sit outside during our stay.(And, we didn't want repair crews showing up at the home during our stay, so, we didn't call.)

Perfect Tahoe Home
The house exceeded all expectations. It was the perfect amount of space for my family with three young kids + our small dog. It was well stocked. The TV (with netflix) and WiFi were great for the days we were stuck inside. The beds were insanely comfortable and the hot tub was so relaxing. When I was selecting the place, I saw that other folks had complained about the proximity to Pioneer Trail and the road noise — I want to clarify that you can’t hear anything at all from inside the house. It never bothered us one bit. In fact, I actually liked the proximity to a main road in the winter — it meant less travel on treacherous neighborhood streets. I have no complaints. We would absolutely stay here again.

Tahoe getaway
The good: We had a great experience with communication with the property management. Responsive and attentive and friendly! Great main living area. Master bed is super comfortable. Nice fans, bbq, and spa was a nice treat. Has everything you need as far as amenities go! The bad: wood floors were clean but the carpets and bathroom rugs did not feel or look or feel clean at all. Sinks faucets are hard to close. Bathroom tiles quite aged and need a good regrout/clean. Home is located quite far from the lake and backs up to the busy pioneer trail road.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home located just off of Pioneer Trail. House was spotless and looks exactly like it does in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to returning. Only downside I could see is possibly the noise level with it being located directly off of a busy road. We visited in December so we had all the doors and windows closed of course. It may be a problem during the warmer months as that street is busy and has a lot of traffic. Backyard faces the road so deck would get quite a bit of noise from the street.

Will never stay with a RnR property again.
I booked this trip for a family vacation. Upon arrival, the neighbors dog was barking incessantly from 5pm until 6am the next morning. The toilet seat was broken, the kitchen table chairs were wobbly and game was also broken. I attempted multiple times to get some form of compensation back from RnR from the lost night and wasted next day dealing with the issues. They refused to accomodate and were terrible experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As we entered the home when we arrived I took in the inviting atmosphere of smooth jazz ( my favorite) playing in the background. The views of the pine trees to the complimentary bottle of wine. We took in all the amenities the home had to offer. Now there is always room for improvement and if you don’t mind I would like to point those out. As a former maintenance person I would like to point out that the fans could be cleaned, the pillows could be washed more often, they did have a scent to them. The kitchen could use more pans and better quality mixing utensils (these were a little soft/bendable). Could spray for spiders, we saw a black widow and a recluse on 2 different days.
