Located out of the ''hustle and bustle'' of town but within minutes to all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer! Only ten minutes from Nevada state line for South Lake Tahoe's famous night life & Heavenly ski area. Various lakes, trails, golfing, shopping and dining within minutes drive. Grocery stores and other amenities within 1 mile.

The home has a nice private feel with vacant land across the street. A doctor lives on one side, and a commonly used family cabin on the other. Both are great neighbors and we prioritize making sure our neighbors' "quiet enjoyment" of their home is not interrupted. The neighborhood is great for low traffic, and nice walks or bike rides. This is a quiet neighborhood, and guests will need to be respectful and considerate at all times during their stay! QUIET HOURS: Especially is very important on the hot tub deck while honoring the 10:00PM - 8:00AM quiet times and NO HOT TUB USE imposed and enforced by the county ordinance. Your questions are welcome - let us know if you have any concerns!

The house is beautiful inside and out, with every amenity you could want for a weekend in the mountains! It is very close to heavenly resort, and not too far from Kirkwood either. After a long day skiing, returning to this cozy spot to relax around the fire, enjoy the hot tub or barbecue some dinner was just right! Thank you to the hosts who set everything up for us, checkin was super easy and everything was taken care of and communicated well. Just... perfect! Sam

Beautiful cabin located in a secure area if you’re traveling with kiddos. The owner is really sweet and makes sure you have a pleasant stay and is easy to get a hold of. Definitely recommend this cabin and we would love to come back soon!

Wonderful Stay
Property was just as listed. Well equipped home, comfortable for a large family group. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, yet all be together -location was close to shopping and slopes. Overall a terrific stay, and bonus was newly added bedding and linens- very comfortable! Definitely recommend for large groups, our family thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Game room was a huge hit!!!

Great vacation home for our family
We were looking for a house to accommodate our three generation family and we were all very pleased to have selected this one. The house is large, well equipped, clean and fun. Beds were comfortable. TVs and fireplaces all worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Do bring food prep basics like cooking oil and coffee with you. The spa was a welcome bonus that we all enjoyed. Great stay. We hope to return again.

Great house for a group of friends
Every year six of us who have been friends since middle school get together to see new places and to play poker together. This house was a great venue. It's just about 15 minutes to South Lake Tahoe. It was wonderful being fifteen minutes to the casinos but out in the woods. Eric, the property manager, was excellent. Will definitely rent from him again!

Had a large group of 15 guys and we all fit comfortably! The check in check out process was easy. There was towels and plenty of things in the kitchen we could use. Used the hot tub, the BBQ, everything went smooth and the help was always there to answer any questions.

Wonderful cabin!
The cabin was just as pictured, frankly it was larger than I would have initially guessed. I loved that there were plenty of bedrooms and lounge areas for all my family and friends to hang out and relax in. Check in/out instruction were very easy to follow and the games downstairs were a blast! I’d highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a place to stay in Tahoe.

Spacious home with comfortable beds and seating. Well-insulated for sound. Quality appliances in the kitchen including a large gas stove, propane-filled BBQ grill, multiple coffee makers (pick your format) and scores of utensils. Formal Dining Seating for 10, plus bar seating for overflow. Multiple laundry and entertainment areas areas super convenient for large and active family. Minor inconveniences were the complexities of the electronic/entertainment systems. We weren't able to fully leverage those amenities as intended. Super responsive property manager and access/entry/instructions were all seamless.

The size and location of this property was ideal. The main floor, deck and bedrooms were perfect for our large golfing group (8 adults). The kitchen was well stocked and the quality of the BBQ added to the experience. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Amazing house in a great neighborhood
We had a wonderful family time in this great house with plenty of space for our extended family of 9. The house was very clean and spacious and was actually better than the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The family room had plenty of space for all of us with a wonderful high quality couch. The teenagers loved the downstairs area with a pool table, ping pong and other games. We also enjoyed eating outside on the patio and the hot tub was fantastic. Erik was very nice and responded to our texts immediately. We was very accommodating and answered all of our questions and requests. We will definitely be renting this property again when we come back to Lake Tahoe.
