Come summer, there will be no lack of activities right at your fingertips with the shared pool, beach access, and private patio to sip a cocktail on. Entertaining will be a breeze as well, with bar seating in the full kitchen, an accommodating dining area, and a TV in the living room.
With such a central location on Lake Tahoe Boulevard, you and your guests will have no trouble finding dining hot spots within walking distance of the condo. Though summer will be the time for boating, fishing, swimming, and tanning on the warm sand, winter will bring fresh powder that will be calling the skiers of the group. There is no need to worry about a long commute to the slopes, as Heavenly Mountain Resort is just two miles away.
Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
