Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice resort, room was not what we expected
The room was advertised as a studio that slept 4 with King bed and a double bed. Turns out the double bed was a pull down bed, that when down blocked the way to bathroom and the refrigerator/kitchen, making it not reasonable to use. Thus we ended up all 4 sleeping in the king bed (which worked with a 5 and 7 year old). However, this room should not be advertised as sleeping 4 adults. Additionally, the fan/vent over the stove didn't seem to do anything...we cooked hamburgers on stove, and it made the smoke detector go off. The resort itself was nice, particularly the pools and the lakeside area. We did enjoy our stay overall despite the room

The studio apartment is clean and basic, although there was some very basic things (in my opinion) NOT provided: Kleenex, toaster, baking sheet, saucepan. To Vacasa's credit, they responded promptly and were able to supply a toaster and two saucepans. The unit is on the second floor and fairly close to the main highway through South Lake Tahoe, so the patio, as well as the unit itself are quite loud (no one's "fault" obviously, just sharing information). I would likely stay again in this Vacasa complex, but would probably look for a unit with a location that worked better for me.

Perfect Summer Getaway
My husband, son, and I take a trip to South Lake Tahoe every July to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This was an affordable choice and with the updated unit, seemed like a great fit for our family. From the beautiful updates, and any and all items we would need for our stay provided, we have a perfect stay! We were also pleasantly surprised by the family games we found in the cabinets and we had fun teaching our four year old how to play Sorry! Having access to the private beach and different pools to choose from, we really didn’t need to leave the property if we didn’t want to. We will definitely be back!
