Welcome to a private waterfront property with unobstructed views of summer sunsets. The property is located on a secluded, dead end street and located on one of RI's nicest ponds, with water access to the ocean and less than a mile away from one of the State's best beaches.

- The backyard leads to a private dock, which is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing (2 kayaks and fishing rods available to renters).
- The house includes an outdoor grill, picnic table, fire pit, cornhole and croquet set for guest use.
- Indoor activities: Ping-pong, foosball, board games and dartboard. The main living areas (kitchen, dining room and great room) have been fully renovated (2022). The house sleeps 8 and has private parking for 6 cars (including 2 garage parking spaces). >Property is within 2 miles of a half-dozen restaurant/diner/take-out locations (incl. Dunkin' Donuts) and a National Wildlife Refuge.

The house was wonderful, and the setting was beautiful. It was warm when we arrived, but when we opened the windows the breeze cooled the house off immediately. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy big meals together. We had a great vacation. I highly recommend.

Spectacular Views
We enjoyed are stay on the salt water pond. Kayaked every morning when the water was still. Beautiful birds. The beds were not uncomfortable but I suggest bringing your own pillows. We were glad we had ours. The kitchen is newnew

Great Location
We enjoyed are stay on Green Hill Pond. Easy access with our boat to the ocean beach. Fun crabbing off the dock. Would love to go back again.

The Perfect Summer Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our family! The house, dock & views are absolutely stunning, especially when the family of swans are out feeding on the Pond. The locations was perfectly central for the activities we had planned. We especially appreciated the added kayaks, games, fire pit, etc that allowed us to make the most of our family time!

Fantastic waterfront property
The house is large and comfortably fit our family. The pond access and dock were great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Neighbors were friendly. We hope to rent this house again as it was perfect for our family vacation.

April family vacation
Wonderful location! The windows overlooking the saltpond make you feel like you're sitting outside. It rained the whole week we stayed but we didn't mind! We watched the water from the kitchen table and played monopoly! Amazing house!

I can’t say enough about this house the location is amazing the area is peaceful and quiet the pond is amazing there are all kinds of marine life from blue crabs to tiny shrimp, perfect for kayaking ,house was immaculate and it seems like the owners go above and beyond,we have stayed at other great properties but it seemed like more things were supplied and at a higher level

First off the location and views are just wonderful. The house is large and comfortable. Had the best time kayaking around the pond. The Swans are A+. Paul the owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. Definitely planning on returning.

Birds sunsets and quiet
Loved our stay. So relaxing and a great location for exploring walks and beaches. The cottage was super clean and comfortable. Stop and shop on the road to point Judith was great for groceries and the we got crab cakes, smoked salmon and flounder at the fish markets in galalie. Two ten and matunek were out favorite oyster bars. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Peaceful Winter Break!
We enjoyed our long weekend winter break here. It is a spacious home and we were very comfortable- including our dog. We were worried it may be cold due to all the windows, but it was very cozy even when the temps dropped into the teens. The views are spectacular- we saw lots of wildlife, including Deer! Highly recommend this house for a family getaway!

The owner made our stay lovely,from start to finish! She was friendly and you could tell she takes pride in her rental. The house was easy to access and immaculate!! The house does give a vintage feel, but honestly it was one of the nicest Vrbos I’ve been too. The neighborhood was quiet and the lake was just beautiful! I would return and would highly recommend to others!

Everything was perfect, it was exactly as described in the listing. The house has everything you will need, the breath taking views, the PEACE and QUIET, the low maintenance of the house, (no anxiety/worries about having 6 adults and 2 children and a dog and it not being your house.) NO interference from the homeowner, so if we had to use one word…PERFECT

Breathtaking view!
The view from the deck is amazing! Property is super clean. Only negative is that stairwell should be scraped and repainted because I got a splinter in the railing and mattresses could be updated. We had a wonderful time however. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Family Vacation
Property was as described. While we did not have the best weather, the beauty of Green Hill Pond was stunning. A quick paddle over to the beach was always fun. The kids loved crabbing off the dock. We bought our dinghy with us which was a blast going around the pond. Evenings were spent around the fire pit with lots of laughter and memories made. In near by neighborhoods you have the Ocean Mist for a yummy breakfast. The Matunuck Oyster is amazing, make sure to make reservations well in advance. A huge plus was that we were able to bring our Lily (dog).

Awesome views
We lucked out with perfect weather this week (warm during day, cool at night), which made the house comfortable with windows open and fans (no A/C), but could see how it could get pretty warm. Loved sitting on the deck each morning with a beverage, taking in the views and wildlife. Enjoyed kayaking, crabbing, beach nearby, fire pit and more. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. House was clean and spacious. Only mishap was with lockbox and slider screen, but owner was very responsive. We all enjoyed the time spent at this location, and those that dropped in to visit, didn't want to leave!
