"I would give 5 stars all around, except I must agree with the other reviews that it could use some updating. Regardless, the bed was comfy, every staff member was so friendly and kind, the grounds are well maintained, the views are perfection and you can’t beat the price! Our neighbors were all repeat guests of at least a decade and that speaks volumes- just don’t expect anything fancy (if that’s what you want you can pay 1k+ a night at the resort a few lots down…) and you’ll be in heaven! "

"Edwards guest house is a very warm and friendly place to stay. The staff were excellent in helping us. The location is excellent to be able to walk to the beach side restaurants in Sandy Ground. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was much more affordable than many places on Anguilla. "

"Our family really enjoyed our stay in this spacious villa with a nice view. We also liked the central location near Sandy Ground making it convenient to travel to all parts of the island. We also greatly appreciated the food and drinks left for us in the fridge. The villa also had lots of things for us to use, from beach towels to coolers to paper towels. Thank you for letting us stay in such an amazing villa!"

"The Royal Palms was perfect. We stayed for 8 nights and had zero complaints. The apt was incredibly spacious, with a balcony where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast every morning. The bedrooms were huge, clean, and had plenty of storage for our clothes. The kitchen was fully functional—although we are out most dinners. They provided both beach towels and bathroom towels. Mary was always in communication if we needed anything and extremely responsive. All in all a perfect stay! We will definitely be back."
