Our "Cozy Nook" is close to the beach and downtown. This house offers all of the amenities you need to enjoy a great vacation in South Haven! Located .7 of a mile from downtown and the beach, you can enjoy everything that South Haven has to offer!

The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed and the second bedroom has 3 twin beds.

We offer lots of 'extras' to make your stay even more enjoyable! Beyond the basic linens, dishes, kitchen gadgets, and bedding, we have:
- Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, blender and toaster
-Baby gear including Pack-n-play, portable high chair, stroller, and beach toys (please request before arrival)
-A flat-screen TV and high-speed internet. We also have a bonus “smart TV” in the bedroom with a queen bed.
-Board games, DVDs, children's toys, and books
-Beach equipment including a beach cart, chairs, small umbrella, and sand toys.

We have a large window a/c unit in the living room and a second one in the bedroom with ceiling fans and box fans available.

Our property is pet-friendly ($50 per pet) please let us know when booking if you plan to travel with your pet. Max of 2 pets.

Perfect spot for a lovely family stay
It’s hard to find an affordable stay in South Haven for a single family. When we found this home, we were delighted! The hosts were excellent and thought of every single small detail we could ever want! The house is simple and small, but it’s clean, fully stocked, and in a wonderful location. We easily biked everywhere and on the days when we had bigger beach hauls, we drove our car and found a close parking spot. If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t for you. However, if you’re looking for clean, simple, attention to detail, and affordable, look no further! We had a blast and will definitely be back next year!

This stay was wonderful for a family with kids. Several strollers, toys for indoor and outdoor, etc made it feel like home. We had an issue with the A/C, and Elizabeth responded immediately to take care of it.

Great little home for a family. Had all of the amenities you could need, including beach wagon, beach chairs, games, towels, etc. The location was great and a very walkable distance, maybe 10 minutes from downtown and the beach. Really enjoyed our stay and owner was very responsive!

Girls weekend
Elizabeth is a fantastic host and has gone out of her way to make her guests feel comfortable! If you are at all concerned about not having central air, no need to be worried. We were here in 100 degree heat and the house was more than cool. We were very pleased with how clean all the linens and sheets/comforters were - they seemed brand new! It was a great place for my friend and I and my dog!
