Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac right on Lake Michigan, you’ll enjoy stunning lake views from nearly every room!

Enjoy spectacular lake views as you gather around the large dining table plus for meals prepared in the sleek, recently remodeled kitchen with high end appliances that includes a bonus wet bar! Adjacent to the kitchen is the main living room, which features a wood burning fireplace and a flat screen tv.

Unwind upstairs in the spacious living area that has a flat screen tv & dvd as well and also overlooks Lake Michigan via large picture windows and an open-air deck. Kids will love the lower level kid’s area, which features foosball, flat screen tv & dvd and comfy sofa. With multiple spaces to either assemble or spread out, entertaining and relaxing options are endless!

Uniquely themed bedrooms underline the home. Three bedrooms are on the 2nd level, including the master-suite with a king bed, a guest room with a king bed and a guest bedroom with a queen bed. Three bedrooms are on the main level, including two bedrooms with queen beds and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. Extra sleeping space for the kids is provided on the lower level, which includes 4 beds: twin bunk beds and 2 twin trundles. A roll-able/collapsible crib is available along with a foldable cot.

Guests of all ages will surely appreciate the tastefully landscaped backyard featuring a large heated pool and spa and plenty of patio space to sunbathe, which also includes an enclosed outdoor shower! Outdoor pool open mid May through first Friday in October. Hot tub open May to Oct 31st.

Not only do you have access to your own private pool, but you are only minutes to sandy public beaches, such as south beach! The house is perfect for viewing the gorgeous sunsets and situated on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan.

Family get together for 80th birthdays
Plenty of room for our group of 14. Kitchen was supplied with enough plates, glasses and cookware to prepare a wonderful meal. Backyard was beautiful. Too cold for the pool, but the hot tub and firepit were used!

The property is beautiful with enough space to absorb a large group. The backyard with the pool, hot tub, and fire pit were wonderful. Property management was responsive, and willing to keep the pool open into October for our group. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend the property!

Great Vacation Spot
The property was great for our family of 13-plenty of space for everyone. The backyard is wonderful with pool, hot tub, and a fire pit that was great for making S’mores. The property manager responded to any questions promptly and courteously. The view from the front of the house much better than the pictures show-a great spot to watch the sunset over the lake. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time! The place was amazing—plenty of space for our group of 16. We cooked in all but one night and really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. Pool area with hot tub, fire pit and grill was fantastic! Beautiful lake views. We brought bikes, which was helpful, since there is no beach access and South Beach is just a short ride away. Highly recommend.

Lake Michigan Family Getaway
Great home with well maintained pool and hot tub. Very spacious with plenty of areas to hang out, read a book, or play games. Pictures were accurate, no surprises, everying was as expected. Our host was very responsive to questions. Two refrigerators a blessing for our large group.

Family Vacation at the Lake
This was our 3rd time staying at this property, and the best so far. The improvements are great. The newly landscaped back yard with the hot tub and patio are amazing. As usual, the pool was the center of activity for the kids. The kitchen improvements include a beautiful 36” commercial style gas range that was a breeze to use. We loved the unobstructed view of Lake Michigan, and it made a great backdrop for family photos. Our property manager Sally was very helpful, and responded immediately when we contacted her. We recommend this property enthusiastically. It worked very well with our multigenerational family group.

Great location, beautiful pool and good amenities
Great view and location. Place was very clean with lots of amenities (beautiful heated pool, fire table, grill, Viking stove) and tons of small stuff provided also (paper products, tons of dishes, towels etc). A little dated style but everything was very comfortable and we had a great time. Only issue was the entry code to get in the house was wrong in our email and a phone call to the manager went unanswered. We got lucky as my husband guessed and changed it but otherwise we would not have gotten in. Manager should get this feedback!!!

Great lake experience
Wonderful home which accommodated 3 large families. Rooms are clean, well appointed kitchen, great pool, hot tub and fire pit. Plenty of parking. Home has great wifi but poor cell service, lots of space, good bathrooms all over including an outdoor shower, and a double washer and dryer. Neighborhood is quiet and home is on a cul de sac. There are wonderful views of the lake but no real access. Beaches and downtown require at least a 5 to 10 minute drive or bike ride. Walking impractical. Minor issues were taken care of quickly by property manager. Great property, definitely was pricey but memories and experiences were worth it.

Great Family Vacation in South Haven
My family had a wonderful time during our family vacation. There were 8 adults and 4 children. The house was very large with plenty of space for everyone. There are several living areas and seven bedrooms. All were very good. Our favorite was the second floor living room and balcony ... great for quiet sunset viewing! The house is very well equipped and set-up for rental ... very nice but also kid friendly. The top feature was the pool and backyard garden area. The pool was great and our family spent many hours at the pool. As crazy as it sounds, we actually had to encourage our youngest grandchildren to "watch screens" for a couple of hours in the afternoon in order to get them out of the pool. Between using the lake at South Beach and the pool there was a huge amount of water fun. Overall a great house and a great vacation!

Great Family Vacation in South Haven
My family had a wonderful time during our family vacation. This was our second year at the Evergreen House and once again we were blessed with a great experience at the house. There were 8 adults and 4 children. The house was very large with plenty of space for everyone. There are several living areas along with the seven bedrooms and four full baths. All were excellent. Our favorite once again was the second floor living room and balcony ... great for quiet sunset viewing! The house is very well equipped and set-up for rental ... very nice but also kid friendly. The top feature was the heated pool and backyard garden area. The weather was generally good although a bit cool. The heated pool was great and our family spent many hours at the pool. It was a struggle each day to get our youngest grandchildren out of the pool. With the great house location sunset viewing out over Lake Michigan each day was also a ritual … with some amazing views. Overall a great house and a great vacation!

Great Outside space for family!
Cannot say enough about outside area. It is wonderful with plenty of seating, beautiful pool, hot tub, grill and the family spent a lot of time there. Inside space eating area was nice but not a lot of seating to all be together to watch a movie. Lots of smaller areas to sit. Lots of amenities like toilet paper and supplies. Our one big disappointment was my husband and I got Covid. We contacted the owner to see if we could move our dates to anytime, even if it was next year. The owner flatly refused and said he is in the medical field and Covid is not as bad as it once was. He told us to go ahead and come. It is a big house and we could wear a mask or stay away from each other! I was shocked! My three children, their spouses and seven grandchildren were all coming together. I would NEVER have exposed them all. I so wanted a house big enough for my whole family. He would not have lost the money, we would have just went at a different time. I own a rental home near Disney and have always had the compassion to change the dates if someone was seriously sick or if they got Covid. It is unfortunate that we did not get to enjoy our vacation together. It is certainly not his fault that we got Covid, but he could moved us to anytime as we asked even if it was next year. So we will plan another vacation sometime and Lord willing we will all stay healthy….but we will not be staying here. God bless!

Great place for a large group
This house was truly great. We booked it for a large family vacation. Age ranging from 1 - 70. The backyard/ pool was perfect for the kids when we didn’t want to make the short trip to the beach. The house was spacious enough to spread out and keep kids entertained without waking up the whole house.

Ladies of Harley annual weekend getaway
13 of us traveled to South Haven for our annual ladies motorcycle trip and much needed R & R. Some took their bikes, some drove. Perfect location and plenty of room for all of us! The property was well equipped and just as beautiful as described. The pool was a big hit and communication with the host was top notch. We hope to return next year!

Great property, beautiful location and views of the lake and sunsets. Easy enough to get to the beach, but then nice to retreat to the private outdoor space with pool, hot tub, and gas fire pit. Very well appointed.

Memorable family vacation-
We loved the house and location with a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan. Loved the beautiful sunsets each night. The outside amenities including large pool, hot tub and fire pit were a hit with family. The newly remodeled kitchen was wonderful for cooking family meals. It had plenty of dishes, glassware and cooking tools that we needed. We could have used more bath towels. Only my one bath, hand and face towel per person. The house got chilly at night so we could have used extra blankets for comfort. No extras. For the price we paid I expected much more items like bath soap and shampoo to be included. Overall we truly enjoyed the house.
