Little Bear Cabin Rental Snowmobile, Boat, and Jet Ski Rentals Available

Little Bear Cabin is located on Lake Sylvia, about an hour west of the Twin Cities. This cabin is a level lake lot right off the water and has a dock for boats, fishing, swimming and relaxing. Our cozy cabin has a four-season porch with a patio walk out for dining and it looks out onto this beautiful lake. West Lake Sylvia is known for catching Pan Fish, Northern Pike, Large Mouth Bass, Bluegill and Crappies and is connected to East Lake Sylvia by a navigable channel. The lake are among the deepest lakes in the county at 78 and 97 ft. deep with very clean and clear water. We have Snowmobile Rentals, Boat Rentals, and Jet Skis. Kayak and Paddlbe board rentals can be booked also.

Little bear cabin
The lake is beautiful. The bed was comfortable. But, there were big clumps of dog hair everywhere. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, mouse droppings in some of the drawers in the kitchen.

Beautiful Family Lake House
Beautiful setting on the lake with a great backyard and four season porch. We felt at home with all the extras - outdoor grill, water toys and vests, towels, and a well stocked kitchen with dishes, pans, spices and other little extras. It was like staying at our own family’s lake house with lots of personal touches like games and movies for a rainy day.

We choose this place for our family to be together and to be close to relative in Freeport and Minneapolis. It worked perfectly. The house is beautiful and there was everything we needed to have a wonderful time together.

Some disappointment
The cabin was a bit of a disappointment. It seemed cluttered and not clean. Dishes and silverware appeared to have a “film” and not clean. A new dishwasher might help. Lower level mattress should be replaced. However the location was great and the view beautiful.

Cozy Cabin
We were in the area for a friend's wedding and looking for something more homey than a hotel. It was a great space to hang out and entertain in. The Host was easy to reach with quest and very responsive. Had an issues with the hot water, which was resolved immediately after it was brought to their attention. Would definitely comeback and stay again.

Wonderful Lake Getaway for Mom, Dad, and the Boys
Great location with lots of access to boating, fishing, and hiking. Gret dock. The lake is 20 paces from the back door. Wonderful 3 season porch for lounging and reading. Firepit. Solid Wi-Fi so mom and dad could sneak in a few hours of work. Just an 1:15 from Minneapolis and we took in a Twins game. Would recommend.

Great Getaway
Close to the Twin Cities. Family came up & stayed one night; had a great time. Caught nice fish right off the dock. It was just my husband & me for the rest of the time. Loved the lake; water so clear.

Awesome place!
I loved this cabin! It was super clean and spacious, perfect for me and my friends. The porch looking out onto the lake was so nice and the view was beautiful. Highly recommend this cabin!

Wonderful cabin feel
I’ve stayed at many different cabins over the years. Little Bear has a very cozy cabin feel to it. From the living area to the perfect size lot, and the views of the lake. This cabin is perfect for family’s looking to relax. We walked on the lake as it was frozen and saw many beautiful homes and sites. Overall the cabin was wonderful and we highly recommend!

Cozy little cabin
We had a very nice time at this cabin! Cant wait to book it again for next year. Kids did some ice fishing right behind the cabin. Caught so many crappie that we had a fish fry one night. We also enjoyed the fire place while watching a family movie together.
