Welcome to Eagle's Loft. Experience South Haven in style in this amazing downtown loft! This newly remodeled condo is the perfect space for your getaway to beautiful South Haven, Michigan. The location is right in the middle of everything -- restaurants, shopping, the river, the beach and more. One block behind Phoenix Street on quiet and convenient Eagle Street.

Street parking is available on Eagle street as well as a public lot across the street. Please park in public lot starting November 15 - March 15 from 2:30 am-6:30 am due to snow plowing of roads.

To access condo, you will have a flight of stairs to get above the store below. There is also a fight of stairs up to the loft bedroom.

Weekend getaway
My wife and I love going to South Haven and have stayed in several locations . For just the two of us this location was great. The retail stores the two antique shops and our favorite restaurants are all within a two minute walk. The beds were very comfortable and TV and Wi-Fi worked great. The Condo was very clean everywhere. If I was going to be picky the only negative was we would have liked to had a couple of more towels. Over all great place to stay.

The perfect location in SOHA
Had a great stay. Downtown location is right above the shops and in the middle of the main shopping area of South Haven. Everything was within walking distance, parking was ample and free. We caught a sunset at the beach from the lighthouse one evening and were also able to get to Holland and St. Joseph with a short drive. The condo was well-appointed and well-furnished. The kitchen had almost every utensil, dish, pot or pan you would usually need to cook. The host recommended Taste (next door) and we went on a Monday evening. The food and service were great, and my wife was even entertained by 2 tables of locals (the Housewives of SOHA). Kitchen 527 was also a great place to eat as well, with friendly staff and good food. The Condo does have a Nest thermostat that senses when people are in the condo, so don't be surprised if you come back from being out all day and the temp is warmer than you expected. The AC has plenty of capacity to cool the space down quickly and the fans also keep you cool.

My family and infant stayed here and greatly enjoyed the condo. The property was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The location is in the heart of downtown South Haven, but still quiet enough in the evenings. The owner was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend!

Great property!
Eagle’s loft was perfect for our long weekend in South Haven. It was our first trip to the area. We loved being in the heart of downtown but also close to the lake. I’m a freak about cleanliness. This place is CLEAN and has everything you need (except beach towels which would have been greatly appreciated). Do not hesitate to book this property for you stay in South Haven!

We enjoyed the property. The property has a lot of stairs. The unit was clean and the property included everything needed for the stay. The property has streaming TV service that was challenging to use as we havw standard cable. The property manager was extremely responsive.

2 great days in SoHa!
The unit was very clean and wonderfully stocked. Molly was super responsive when I asked a questions. The location is absolutely perfect - we pretty much parked the car when we arrived and didn't need it the rest of the weekend. Right in the heart of town and close to everything we wanted to do, but not noisy at all. There are some stairs to navigate, but overall a great place and I recommend. We took just a short stroll from the unit in the evening to the beach and caught a magnificent sunset :)

Great Spring Break Getaway!
The condo is in a fantastic location and so close to everything. The set up is convenient and upstairs loft/views are really cool! Beds are comfy and there are plenty of supplies (kitchen, linens, towels) as needed. Communication with Molly was great and she even allowed us to check in a bit early upon our arrival. My only suggestion would be some storage racks in the bathroom as counter space is limited and perhaps a shower caddy for hygiene items. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend to others. Thanks Molly!

What a gem
My niece and I took time for a girls weekend. What a very nice place to stay. Molly has been wonderful to work with. The place is exactly as described and pictured. I really can’t say enough good….from the bed to the bedding to a very nice bathroom. The sitting/living room area was nice to relax in. Everything very comfy. Throws to make you feel at home. Bedrooms were both wonderful although we only used one. Nice windows everywhere making the rooms bright. She has anything you’d need in the kitchen…. Everything from dish soap to a nice shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom….along w many other details. The location is outstanding. Once we we parked, there was no reason to have to use our car. We enjoyed brisk/beautiful walks to the lighthouse and beach. We’d definitely love to come back again! Thank you, Molly for helping to make our stay very cozy.

Fun weekend!
We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location was perfect, pretty much within walking distance of everything that we wanted to do and see. Plenty of space for our family of four to hang out comfortably. All in all, a great place to stay.

Nice condo, very well stocked, located right in town, you can walk everywhere. My husband and I booked to get away for couple of nights, had no idea South Haven really does it up for New Years! We even managed to stay awake to ring in the new year- Beachball drop and fireworks at midnight were a bonus:)
