"We plan to come back. This was a great place for 3 couples. We had a little problem with bugs but nothing we couldn’t handle. Close to the bay and everything we wanted. Definitely a good experience. Recommend"

"Location was very convenient to all the beaches and hiking! 4 stars for the location and price compared to other options, but be aware that the amenities are pretty basic. The house was adequately sized for our family of four but teens found the beds very small. (Room w 2 twins is clearly geared towards littles, w kitschy Tinkerbell lamps.) As others mentioned, bathroom repairs are needed (instead of fixing the running toilet, they just removed the flusher entirely, plus we noted a few other...

"Great place to use as a base to explore Cape Cod. Well stocked, clean, and quiet. Had some problem with the TV, but the company responded quickly and had someone out to fix it right away. "

"Wonderful Location, close to the ferry at Hyannis. Centrally located on the Cape. The view over Brewster Pond is amazing. House is wonderfully done and furnished. "

"My family and I spent three nights here; it was a perfect long weekend on the cape. The location is second to none—you can walk to the beautiful Sandy Neck Beach and lots of local stores nearby. The house is large enough for several kids and adults to have their space. The host was very responsive to all my questions. We’ll be back for sure."

"We really enjoyed this cozy home! It was tastefully decorated with a beachy vibe and very well equipped. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. I mentioned we were staying for our 20th anniversary and they even left a bottle of champagne. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed both the hot tub and fire pit. "The house was older, but the kitchen and bathrooms were updated. The house was perfect for our family. Close to the beach, shopping and attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t find the washer &dryer until the last day of our stay because they were tucked away in a bedroom closet. Would have liked to know that on day one. "

"It's a nice property with great views. There are no indoor passageways to your rooms or to the pool. You have to go outdoors to get to them. It's kind of crazy that we got a kitchen area but they didn't have any solder pepper. It was well stocked with everything else to be able to cook but no seasonings. Everything else was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. Housekeeping kept us in towels."

"This hotel that was great.. A From our room, to the pool area and also the restaurant on sight the loft... This hotel is well taken care of and very clean.. We enjoyed the live band at the loft on Saturday night.. Will definitely be rebooking here.... Thanks"
