"The location is awesome, you can walk to the USS Constitution and the ferry to the north end. Boat is very nice. The check in was amazing. Some advice- it is a steep step climb to the boat so pack accordingly (our heavy suitcases were a challenge but was workable…use duffles if you can (we were on the road for a while so this was on us). The only other thing to note is the stove does not work, we bought stuff to cook but it is just a microwave. Overall, awesome stay. "

The house boat was in a beautiful marina with a very nice bath house, surrounded by boardwalks and a park-like setting. Close to the USS Constitution and numerous places to eat. "Overall the house was fine. The location was perfect (close to Salem, but the neighborhood was quiet) and the beds were super comfortable. My recommendations would be to have a tv in the first floor living area and tvs in the bedrooms as well. Also some kind of curtain or frosted glass in the upstairs bathroom for privacy, since it looks right out onto the Salem State fields."
