"The property was lovely but we did not receive our check in code until 6.43pm-check in was 2pm and this was after I had to message our host and ask for it. It was to be sent 24 hours before check in, we were extremely stressed worrying that we would not be able to get in and had started to look for somewhere else to stay for the night.
