"My daughters and I were in town for the annual Christmas Stroll. Sharon's house is adorable, clean, comfortable and you cannot beat the location. Very close to town and the the fish market where we purchased steamed and cracked lobster for our dinner. We enjoyed walking down to White Pond to watch the gorgeous sunset. Street is tucked away off of Rte 28 on a quiet road. Fabulous and festive weekend. "

"The house is well loved like it's a second home. Beds and bedding are super comfortable, very clean, well stocked and decorations are charming. We liked the central location since our intention was to explore all of Cape Cod but it is definitely a 'drive to your destination' location. It does only have one bathroom but lots of sleeping space. Nice and quiet."

"We also stayed in this house 2 years ago. We love the quiet location and the view is amazing. We never stayed on the Cape during off season before. It was nice to not have the usual crowds but we got there just before a lot of places were closing up for the season. The house is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed doing the jigsaw puzzles. Our only complaint is that the dirt road to the house is in bad shape. Fortunately we have an SUV."

"We stayed off-season. The cottage is right on Old Wharf Rd, which could be noisy in the summer, but was very quiet in September. The cottage is nicely ventilated with windows that permit cross breezes. There's an easy and safe stroll to the beach. The cottage was very clean and decently equipped. The bathroom is tight but adequate. We found the beds to be a bit too soft. I did not know whether blankets would be provided - they are. However, you need to bring dishtowels as well as bath...
