"This was our 2nd stay in 4 days. This time the room was cleaner and smelled so much better than our first night. Slept better too. We had a bottom floor different building (6), was able to back the car up right in front of our room. It was really nice."

"We were tired from driving all day and decided to stop here. Very friendly, and courteous staff on arrival. Had dinner at Kathrines Steak House. We were their last table and our server Ruben and his support staff were great!! Thank you and we will be back again soon!!!!"

"It is a the middle of the mountains and had amazing views on top of being quiet and serene. Great place to just unwind and completely relax or go hiking. We happen to arrive just as snow was falling and just excited us even more. Quiet restaurant with delicious food, a 24 hour convenience store and a bar in one corner that was not overwhelming. Our room was aged but in great shape and super clean. Loved every minute of my stay. I completely unplugged and enjoyed the peace. I have to acknowledged the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were all amazing. From Victor and Crystal in the Canyon Restaurant, to Linda in the convenience store and Gabriel the Porter and his sister at the front desk. The other ladies at the front desk were just as amazing. I just didn’t catch their names. They made me and my daughters feel like they’ve always known us. Loved it! "

"It was fairly quiet and nice. There was a ghost tour offered. I wanted to do my own self-guided walkthrough, and staff seemed fine with that. There are plenty of plaques and framed essays explaining the history of the hotel. I did not know any of the history before booking my stay; however, it was a nice surprise. The bartender was very sweet and the check-in staff were great with accommodation. Next time I come through this area, I'll be sure to bring my furbaby as this establishment is SUPER pet friendly."

"Hotel Customer Service was professional and friendly. They allowed me to check into my room early. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as desired. Steakhouse was delicious, a little pricier. You have to pay for your side. Dinner did come with bread & soup or salad. No bar tender (believe she called in) at sports bar during football Sunday. Fun place to play and slots not too tight. "
