"There was a slight hiccup with check in times but the property manager and owner got it squared away very quickly with no issues and also refunded a generous amount for our troubles. The house was perfect with only a couple small issues like the coffee pot, outside grill and one of the mini splits in the living room. The boat dock was more than adequate for my 32ft power catamaran with plenty of water depth on the big slip even at low tide. There was also fresh water hoses for post-sail clean up. We'll definitely stay here again. My only recommendation for the house is getting a new outside grill, outside fillet table on the dock and a ice machine would be fantastic. ($20 a bag in town is very expensive) "
