Our house is nestled in the historic Wayne Street neighborhood, 1.5 miles to Notre Dame Campus. It is only minutes from (1.5 miles) Eddy Street Commons, (0.8 miles) Potawatomi Zoo, (5.3 miles) South Bend International Airport and (1.3 miles) downtown South Bend.
It is in a prime location for a football weekends, family trips to South Bend, and more. It features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a galley style kitchen, and partially finished basement along with multiple living and sitting areas.

Wolverines in Irish town
It was conveniently located for our needs ..wedding at the armory. I would have given all 5 stars but for the price I paid it could have used better pan selection, a few bowls for salad or fruit, the microwave has not been cleaned in several rentals...very dirty. Good parking, great size bathrooms and bedrooms!
