This private guest house has all you need. It boasts 1 inviting bedroom with a queen bed, 2 twin roll aways, full kitchen, bathroom, dining space has room for 4, comfy living room, and a small outdoor space. Home sits above a detached garage with completely separate entrance. Brand new construction to be complete in May 2025. Less than a half mile to ND, Eddy street or the Linebacker. you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Completed photos coming soon but book now to stay in this new build for the 2025 Notre Dame football season or vacations in South Bend. Message me with any questions.
