"Friendly staff. Complementary breakfast, coffee, soup, and cookies. You are only allowed to check in early if you have their rewards program. Rooms were nice but very cold. It took awhile for them to warm up with both the heater and the fireplace running. The ocean view room and the friendly staff made our trip great. Should I visit this area again it is likely I would stay here again. "

"This is a charming little cabin in a very quiet location even though it's only a block or so off the highway south of Newport. It's clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable for two people. We really liked the deck with the view of the ocean around and through the neighbor's house (lots of windows) between the cabin and the beach. There is access to the beach, if a little roundabout, and while it's a bit intimidating, it's reasonably sturdy if you just take your time. And it's worth it - the beach is beautiful! The only suggestions I have are to replace the washcloths that are unraveling on the edges and, if the renter is not bringing a dog, please use non-stained sheets on the bed. The fitted sheet was clean, but had a couple of stains on it that I wouldn't use for company in my own house. Overall, this cabin is a find and we'll definitely keep it on the list for a future visit! It was a great King Tide getaway!"
