From the minute this weary traveler stepped foot into the restaurant/pub I knew this would be a huge bonus to my trip other than just a room! The entire staff were amazing! The food was so delicious (especially the DEEP FRIED BUTTER CHICKEN - the lamb shanks, and many other dishes.The rooms were very cozy and the beds are big. I throughly enjoyed my stay .. the only drawback was that the fan on my thermostat didn’t seem to be able to be adjusted..so I assumed it was at a set speed. All in all this American loved the hospitality! Thank you all

"Fantastic location with easy access to the Westminster tube station. The staff is attentive and very helpful. The executive lounge is beautiful. It’s a bit pricey but the food is good. I stayed in a superior double and it was perfect for me."

"2nd time staying here. Genuinely love staying, room fantastic, restaurant and breakfast fantastic. The real thing that makes it is the staff, every single one makes the experience worth it.
