The house was very comfortable for myself and three friends. We each had our own bedroom and bath. "The house is open and plenty of room. We had two small families, the dual masters were great. Lots of games in living room to play. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and relax. Sunrise on the balcony is incredible. The front porch was so nice to drop snorkel and boat gear. "We had a fantastic time. The house is in a great location on a very nice part of the beach. Kitchen was well set up, which made things easy for us. Our concierge made everything easy from golf carts to getting a private chef to booking fishing tours. We go every year, but this was the first time at this property. Would definitely stay again. "

"My husband, parents and me stayed at the Tahiti Beach house for the week of Thanksgiving. We are so grateful to have found and stayed at this delightful property. As boaters, we loved the private dock, sunset views, waterfront location at the south end of Elbow Cay. By land it was convenient to Tahiti Beach, walking routes, and a short drive to dining options. The home was comfortable for two couples. Our property manager was absolutely wonderful, friendly and made our stay easy and enjoyable....

"ONLY issue was in the neighborhood……our cart was chased by an angry looking dog which caused us to our side of the loop and not the smoother road on the other side of the loop. This house is a perfect location, mid point between town and Seaspray marina, next door to Firefly and only 5 minutes to Abaco Inn. “Private” pool is nice if you ignore the security cameras on the outside of the house. The washer/dryer is a bit unreasonable at 75.00 for the day. We WILL stay there again."

"Poker Face on White Sound was the perfect getaway for a couple! The amazing deck offered stunning views, making it a great spot to relax. The dock and fish cleaning table were ideal for our fishing adventures. Jack, the caretaker, was fantastic—so helpful and welcoming. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for the week. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. From Brandi picking us up at the dock to take us to the house to April replacing the golf cart flat tire within an hour and we were back in business. We also enjoyed a half day on Tyman Charters. Got along great with the captain."

Perfect Week

"Sandy & Salty is a perfect place for 2 couples. The view is spectacular and the home has everything you need for a wonderful getaway. The location is close to everything!The beds are comfortable add the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed playing the games inside and loved the comfy Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges for the beach. Thank you JoAnne for making us feel at home!Can’t wait to come back!"

Amazing Place

"Our stay at Island Cottage was amazing. We were looking for a quiet place to reconnect as a family and the location provided just that. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. The kids really enjoyed their own space in the spacious loft. The kitchen is well equipped and provided for some great family meals. The close location to the beach and the dock was ideal. The blue water and white sand was amazing. Thanks to the limited illumination at night the dock was a great location for star gazing. Danette, the host, was truly responsive and offered some great recommendations. The local grocery store is well stocked and truly convenient. We would definitely stay again. Eric"

Don’t go.

"Hotel locked, only area we could go was our own rooms. No services, no amenities, no hot water, no food, completely isolated. Beds were clean, guy living in trailer outside tried to help but did not have much access. Beach unapproachable due to rocks. No phones, doors not secure. Don’t use this hotel."
