"This hotel is very lgbt friendly. I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too . Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person. Excellent breakfast every morning, friendly staff who respected my pronouns and great restaurants nearby . Multi cultural mix of people and a nice retro hotel . What’s not to like "

"Very good service, all staff nice and friendly. Specially Nora who helped us with everything we needed. She is very kind and welcoming Hotel it’s a bit dated but it does the job if you travelling on budget. Also very safe , there is security at the door at any time Recommend "

"The beach is nice and the location is good yet the staff are not the nicest, apparantly most people coming here come through travel agences and come on an all inclusive package, booking through Expedia I 9nlu had the option to book a room with breakfast which is what I wanted"

"Great staff and good vibes. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dining room staff, beach staff, and animators were really good to us. Food gets repetitive (more fruit, please!) But apart from that we loved it all. Tip: the party on the stage goes until 11:00 pm most nights. If you aren't a night owl, ask for a room facing away from the stage. We partied on our balcony."
