"We really enjoyed our week at this property. Our boys loved the pool and spent many hours regardless of the weather. The pool table wasn’t quite as they’d hoped as it didn’t sit flat, but they still played a game or two. We didn’t try the bikes as one had a flat tyre. It’s very rural, surrounded by farmers fields including vines. So peaceful, especially at night. The stars were amazing. Host was great, very easy to communicate with. There was a great house guide including lots of places to visit. If you are looking for a week of peace and quiet with a pool, this is the place for you."

"What a lovely place to stay. Maison Groleau is the most beautifully decorated house and the bedroom we stayed in was a delight with plenty of space and spotlessly clean as was the whole house. Pierre and Guillaume are the most perfect hosts. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer to sample Guillaume evening meal, but if the breakfast was anything to go by this would be an experience. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here. We'll definitely be back during one of our long return trips to Portugal by road. Thanks Guys."

"We stayed for a night. The exterior looks a bit rundown but the apartments are great. Everything works, it’s well equipped and clean. There’s also an elevator which is a major plus. Daily continental breakfast for 11 euros - honestly it’s too expensive for what they serve. You have to bring down your trash upon check out and clean the kitchen if you used it. Overall a nice stay."
