"Très bon accueil mais mauvais entretien du matériel, on ne voyait rien a travers les vitres de la tente , il y avait des cadavres d'insectes partout, de grosses aureoles sur le canapé et des poils dans le lit , nous avions réservés deux jours mais avons dû partir au bout de 4h car notre fils a fait une crise d'asthme dû a la poussière. Si vous n'aimez pas les insectes n'y allez pas c'est infesté de punaises , la tente n'étant pas hermétique tous les insectes rentrent (limaces, araignées, pince...

"We stayed here for four nights to explore Carcassonne and environment. Montolieu is a charming artsy village with lovely bookshops and little streets. The place we rented was the first floor of the house with the owners living downstairs. They were extremely friendly people and really going the extra mile to make your stay most comfortable. The amenities in and outside of the house are plentiful: bowling alley, pool ( not heated though), outside kitchen .... certainly recommend this place to...

La chambre est très très spacieuse décorée avec goût et propre. Une piscine à disposition et plus d'un hectare pour défouler nos deux petits monstres. "Aline was incredibly accommodating and a great communicator (French or Spanish). The lodging is definitely rustic but had all the amenities needed. Our kids loved playing on the grass, in the pool, and around the property. Great rural location fi that's what you're looking for. Wifi not strong enough to do work from home."

"From the initial enquiry, communication with the owners was excellent. Anne and Frédéric are excellent hosts, very helpful without being intrusive. The accommodation cannot be faulted. Clean, very well equipped and very spacious. Small but well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes. Larger Carrefour and E Leclerc hypermarkets within 20 minutes. Pleasant 3 mile walk through vineyards and around a lake straight from the Gite with more demanding and walks and hikes within driving distance....
