"Great hotel right across from the main train station. Easy walk into the old town and Christmas markets. Room was much bigger than expected and the bathroom was amazing. Breakfast was impressive and great value for money."

"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. "I’d fully recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Strasbourg. The tram is a 5 min walk and gets you straight into the markets and in the main station. The room was very comfortable and exactly what was needed for a base to go explore. The bed was huge and very comfy. The shower was powerful and hot. The only downside was there isn’t a baggage store once checked out. "

"Lovely hotel right in the heart of Strasbourg. The staff made dinner reservations for us two nights of our stay, which was very helpful. Also, there were quite a few amenities. We received a bottle of sparkling wine in our rooms on the first night and chocolates every evening at turn down. Also, the breakfast was delicious. "
