"This cute cabin is perfect for a couple looking for a cozy and romantic weekend in Gold Country. This is our second time staying at this cabin because we enjoyed our first visit last year so much. It is a short walk or bike ride from the Indigeny Cidery and a short drive into downtown Sonora, with its quirky establishments (like a gun store/bar). Highly recommended."

"Great location near Arnold and Calavaras Big Trees. The cabin was set up well, the beds were very comfortable and showers worked great. Both the kitchen, bathrooms were clean upon arrival. However, I felt overall the cabin needs a very deep cleaning. I didn’t notice any smells, but there were so many items in the cabin that needed dusting. There was a thick layer of dust on top of the microwave under various items. I dropped an egg on the kitchen floor, the paper towel I used to clean...

"The owner was very responsive. Always love a code to access a house. There are a ton of stairs (as clearly stated) to get up to the top. The main room is nice and light with a terrific view. The kitchen had everything we wanted (electric griddle for pancakes), coffee machine, toaster, microwave, tea kettle for hot cocoa. There were tons of cups, plates and cutlery. We were so surprised that the old wall heaters heated up the house so easily, plus the wood fireplace, which was so nice to sit...
