Welcome to this sumptuous 420 m² villa located in Soulaures, ideal for unforgettable holidays with family or friends. Accommodating up to 14 people, this home offers a multitude of quality amenities for your comfort and relaxation.

Exterior:
The charm of this villa is revealed from the outside with its large unfenced garden offering a stunning view of the private pool. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a pétanque field for convivial moments. A relaxation area with sun loungers and a ping-pong table are also available. The private pool is open from May 1st to August 31st.

The interior of the villa consists of warm and well-appointed living spaces. Relax in the comfortable living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and hi-fi system. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker...) allows you to prepare delicious meals to share around the large kitchen table.

La maison et la localisation sont agréables. Attention, il n'y a pas 3 mais 2 salles de bains et seulement 3 chambres adultes et 1 dortoir enfant. La maison manque d'équipements (couverts, vaisselle et ustensiles). La douche de la piscine ne fonctionne pas et la piscine n'est pas vraiment bien gérée : portail d'accès ne ferme pas vraiment (problématique quand on a des enfants sur le site). La piscine était sur chlorée (5 galets dans 3 skimers à notre arrivée ....).
