"The house was very modern and new. The room arrangements were good for our group. One bedroom en-suite was on the ground floor which was nice. The house is outside the bustle of Caen but an easy drive to get there. Plus, grocery stores and restaurants were just a few minutes away. Because the area is new there was a lot of road construction with new roads not showing accurately on our GPS. As a result, we had a hard time finding our way in and out of the area during our stay. "Price was right. Off season. Very small room with two twin beds. Sufficient to sleep in. Not sufficient for sitting in. Nice lobby with shared space with Mercure hotel. Amy was super helpful. We walked right next door to great restaurant. Le Bustrodome was recommended. Excellent food and service. Underground free parking too. Great find. "
