They did change it for me. The passages in the hotel have a stale smoke smell, which is really not nice and quite disgusting. The wifi was not working and the reason given "it is because we are fully booked". You would think that in the day and age we live in, this should not be an excuse or an issue. The room...

"Great staff and location. Beds and pillows were poor. They did not have air conditioning although they indicated that they had a/c at the property - having a/c in the restaurant does not help you sleep at night when it is 30C outside. I would not stay there again. "

"Helpful and friendly staff, quiet rooms with windows that open. Tea & coffee freely available 24/7 but only on the ground floor. Excellent breakfast. Unfortunately lift not working for at least 3 weeks (between 2 stays). Good position near to A8 autobahn. "
