A well equipped villa (built in 2006) on the beach of Pieni Jormasjärvi, Sotkamo. Living area 80 m². Own beach, boat. Well equipped kitchen, livingroom with fireplace. Two separate bedrooms, both with bed for two. Toilet, shower, sauna (wooden heated). Terrace. There is a barbeque place on the beach.

Extra: Plug for a car. Internet access.child equipment: high chair and travel bed
Sotkamo 15 km, Kajaani 30 km, Holiday Club Katinkulta Spa ja Golf 10.6 km.

A child friendly beach. Peacefull location by the shore of a lake surrounded by pine forest. Here you are able to fish, hunt, pick berries and mushrooms, go rowing with a boat to the lake and calm yourself in the heart of a beautifull Finnish nature. In the winter time depending on the snow conditions there is a 2-5 km long ski track in the area.

Check in at 4 pm and check out at 12 noon, also in every weekend bookings. Price includes final cleaning and bedlinen. NOTE: Pets are not allowed!

Top Haus in wunderschöner, ruhiger Wasserlage
Das Haus professionell vermietet, offenbar keine private Nutzung. Alles innen und außen rundum top, Grillkotta, Terrasse, Sauna, Küche, Bad… neu, sauber, gut ausgestattet und praktisch eingerichtet. Unmittelbarer benachbart 2 Häuser im gleichen Baustil, aber absolut ruhig, keine Straßengeräusche.Terrasse wunderschön, wenn abends die Sonne rumkommt. Kleiner schmaler Sandstrand, der schnell verkrautet und öfters beräumt werden muss. Boot mit defekt an einer Ruderhalterung, sonst alles top
