Vacation home Uljas by Interhome

A holidayhouse completed in 2007 in Vuokatti, near the Holiday Club Katikulta spa. Area 122 m² on one floor. Kitchen, living room, fireplace. 4 bedrooms: 1 with double bed, bedroom 2: two separate beds, bedroom 3-4 separate bed for 1. Sleeps for 6 in total. Utility room, sauna (electric stove), washroom/toilet and separate toilet. Porch and terrace. A campfire place in the backyard.

Garage is the ski maintenance space. Car heating plugs outside. Note: Electric/hybrid car charging: Charging from a 16A 3-phase socket is possible, but requires your own long cable, approx. 10 m in winter. Charging price €20/day (payment to the owner). Also S-MARKET (food store) in the yard of the adjacent.

Additional information: Internet connection: 24 mb (sonera), wifi, connection either via smart TV or with your own computer. Playstation2 and Wii game consoles. Children's equipment: travel cot, potty and high chair, sitter and children's tableware. Kajaani 40 km, Sotkamo 8 km. Ski slope Vuokatti 2.9 km, cross-country trail 30 m. Holiday Club Katinkulta spa and golf course 1 km.

The holiday property is available for you from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings. Pets allowed at extra fee, which is charged per pet.
