"We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. The biggest issue was a broken sliding door that wouldn’t lock. When we told the staff, they showed up unannounced at 22:00 and just said it was safe to leave it unlocked, which didn't sit right with us. The inside felt cheap too. "Great house for a big family or group of friends. Great views from balconies, and outdoor pool area. Very spacious - Nice bathrooms and small, but good kitchen with all you need to dine in-house. The pools were very popular with us. Jorge and Pilar were very responsive to our needs, - great communication, and for us it has been a great pleasure to stay here.
