"Wish I could leave a review of the Villa separate from Ocean Village as a whole. The villa we stayed in was clean & had everything we needed. The owner was gracious enough to stop by, introduce himself and ask if we needed anything. I would give his Villa 5 stars. But the property as a whole, Ocean Village, was awful. "We are extremely pleased with the hospitality of the management, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. Each day, they offer a different menu for just an additional $10. The pool is open until 10 PM, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. After 10 PM, everything is peaceful and quiet, allowing for a truly restful stay. We highly recommend this place! 10/10"

"They had to call out the technician for the bathroom, but his demeanor was hurendious. Bad customer service in his part, some German man with no customer service skills. Guess he was mad to be called out for 5 minutes to our villa to use a plunger only. Well the bad experience came about when we checked out and all of a sudden, the surprise visit from hotel staff that we MUST pay for a clogged toilet or they will charge my credit card.
